Exceptional accommodation, close to Zermatt
Pros:

Superb room. Attention to detail was outstanding
Reception staff were extremely helpful. Karin is first class.

Cons:

I do like a plug in a bathroom sink and maybe a bit more light above the sink.
Also. If we knew you had a group booking we may have reconsidered our time to eat. Groups are totally indifferent to guests already seated and can be loud. This is a tough one to navigate as I do work in hospitality so understand.

A perfect hotel when visiting Zermatt
Pros:

We stayed for two nights on our road trip through the Alps. We were welcomed very warmly by Karin at the reception who offered many great tips for our stay in the valley and our sightseeing in Zermatt. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are spacious and very modern. The interior decorations in the hotel are super cool, with chairs from old chair lifts, beautiful large photos of mountains and great artwork. The breakfast was superb and the restaurant on site serves wonderful food!!! It offers parking and we found it most practical to go by shuttle train to Zermatt and back. The prices seem cheaper than in the more pricy town of Zermatt. The hotel offers a lot to make their guests feel welcome and in the perfect location!

体が休まった
Pros:

非常に新しかった。バスルームも広く使いやすかったです。
寝室のから周辺の山見えて気分が良かった、駅からも3分と近いです。

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, mit einigen Punkten, die verbessert werden könnten.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Cons:

Leider empfanden wir das Personal beim Abendessen teilweise als wenig freundlich und nicht besonders aufmerksam. Hier hätten wir uns einen angenehmeren und zuvorkommenderen Service gewünscht.

Les chambres sont vraiment magnifiques et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même une machine à café.

Cons:

Pour l'été le chauffage n'était pas nécessaire, vraiment trop chaud..

Modern, schoon, goed eten en vlak bij het station naar Zermatt

Cons:

Het parkeren is op zich prima direct naast/onder het hotel. Maar bij tussentijds een rit, kon je niet meer gebruik maken van de QR code en moest je dit regelen via de receptie. Lastig en makkelijk op te lossen, lijkt me. Kamer (nr 29) boven de keuken en s’avonds last van herrie en rooklucht

Modernt och hundvänligt
Pros:

Perfekt läge när man ska till Zermatt, nära tågstationen. Modernt och fräscht. Väldigt bekväma sängar och fantastiska kuddar och täcken. Väldigt hundvänligt, vattenskål och täcke till hunden på rummet. Fantastiskt frukost och hunden fick vara med i restaurangen. Bra garage i källaren.

Verím, že Hotel Porta Cervino by bol rovnako pohodlný, personál v ňom bol veľmi príjemný.
Pros:

Mali sme šťastie. Prišli sme do Täsch tesne po zotmení a v hoteli nám ponúkli upgrade ubytovania - s tým, že nás vyvezú do hotela Alpen resort hotel & spa v Zermatt, do apartmánu s raňajkami a výhľadom na Matterhorn. A keďže sme ráno ušetrili čas, stihli sme využiť aj to SPA. :-)
Vraj si chceli ponechať voľnú izbu dole v Täsch pre prípadných hostí, ktorí ešte prídu po nás, ale už by sa nedostali hore do Zermattu. Ďakujeme.
