Had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. They had breakfast and snacks available. You could use their beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes at no cost.

Cons:

The bedroom we stayed in was their standard and it was on the small size. Would get a different room next time.

Little slice of heaven in Newport Beach. No need to even have a car it’s a perfect location.
Pros:

Loved it here! I borrowed the beach cruiser and beach chairs. Enjoyed HH at the oyster bar next door. Wonderful stay.
