Un lugar muy agradable, con muy buena comida, amplias instalaciones
Approx 3kms from downtown Jardin, the hotel is set in stunning surroundings, is in immaculate condition and very colorful. The food at the restaurant is excellent, locals drive here for lunch/dinner. Take a left out the main gate and you can go for a walk into rural Colombian countryside, gorgeous views of the mountainous terrain, the flowers and forests.
Charging to visit an on-site, external art exhibition of antique cars.

La comida es deliciosa y generosa. La ate con en general del personal es muy buena además de que el espacio es recomendable para el descanso.
El aseo y orden de los espacios y habitaciones. Ademas excelente menú.
Faltan planes nocturnos dentro de la instalación para huéspedes y hacer más divertida en la noche el lugar.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo. La calidez del personal es incomparable. Y las instalaciones son espectaculares.
En Booking, no aparecen todos los servicios que hay en el hotel. Luego de pagar la reserva y llegar, se encuentran cargos aficionales que no aparecen registrados en Booking.
Prachtige zwembad ruimte waar je gebruik van kunt maken, eten is goed.
Kamer vonden wij relatief klein. Douche lastig op juiste temperatuur te krijgen. Locatie is mooi, je bent wel gebonden aan een tuk tuk als je naar het centrum wilt.
Es un lugar espectacular, cómodo, tranquilo, la comida deliciosa y ni hablar de la atención de todo el personal, súper recomendado 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lago Valdivia. The hotel's most exceptional asset is its people. The staff are friendly, humble, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to acknowledge the restaurant team and the staff who assisted with our luggage; their kindness and professionalism made a very positive impression on us.
We also greatly appreciated the hotel's location. The property is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and offers a relaxing environment to disconnect and enjoy nature. At the same time, it is conveniently located, with easy access to the village by taxi or tuk-tuk.
We genuinely wish Hotel Lago Valdivia continued success and believe it has great potential to become an even bigger success in the future.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel, particularly because of its outstanding staff, tranquil setting, and excellent hospitality.
