Our stay was amazing it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed in and we come to Cyprus often .
Pros:

Staff were so friendly . Reception staff were all amazing. Food selection was brilliant and very accommodating for diabetics and coeliacs. Entertainment guys were amazing.

Cons:

Only thing was the pools had no disability rails .

Номер был не очень большой, но комфортный, скорее всего совсем недавно было обновление, потому что мебель вся новая. Мы были с ребенком 5 лет, для ребенка было раскладное кресло с дополнительным матрасом, то есть полноценное спальное место, что для нас было очень важно. Боковой вид на море тоже хороший, видно не кусочек, а с нормальным обзором. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.

Would visit every year!
Pros:

The staff are awesome. We arrived 3 hours before check in and we had a warm welcome from the receptionists. An hour after arrival we received the all-inclusive bracelets and were able to eat. The room was ready an hour before check in, so we were able to enter the room earlier. The view was excellent and food was amazing. We couldn't stop eating. Also they took into account the infant allergies and prepared special food for the baby every day for each of the three meals.
Noise isolation from outside is great.

Cons:

Loud noises from the hall. Doors are not very well noise isolated and all noises from hall come through. The noises were from people moving and closing the doors, so not a problem at night. It was just a problem because the baby had to sleep during the day and it would wake the baby up sometimes.

Need to improve the drink quality.
Pros:

Location and food quality.

Cons:

The swim up area was not cleaned throughout the stay, the child pool was very dirty and the drink quality was very poor. Led to us going out 6 of the 7 nights as the beer was just not drinkable. Also the 8am reservation of a sun bed was just childish.
