Pros:

Location and the breakfast and the staff

Cons:

I didn't get the opportunity to use my voucher when I asked for a drink at the bar. No point giving a voucher if you can't use it.

Pros:

Sweet & clean, good service, good location. but not much more. .

Cons:

No restaurants at noon and evening , no facilities, barely a place to sit. Small and stuffy rooms, unfortunately not a homey feeling. Definitely not worth 5 stars

Pros:

Cons:

Amazing. Loved it and would do it again.
Pros:

Honestly, everything! I loved staying at Floren Hotel, location was really great, close to everything and combines all parts of Florence together.
The room was really at great value, the amenities and toiletries were amazing, breakfast buffet was really good and you can order anything you want for breakfast as a bonus to the buffet. I loved the staff too especially Ludo! He was so great and helpful and had such an amazing personality and vibe. XX

Cons:

Nothing
