To nie jest hotel 5 gwiazdkowy.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wyciszone okna. Ładnie wykończone wnętrza, porządne materiały i design.

Cons:

Obsługa zdaje się być niedoświadczona, raz ktoś wszedł do pokoju myląc numery i nawet nie przeprosił, innym razem podrzucił parownice nie pod te drzwi co trzeba. Wody pod prysznicem przechodziła gwałtownie z zimnej do bardzo gorącej i nie dało się jej ustawić. Mimo wyciszonych okien słychać głośno łazienki i kanalizację z sąsiednich pokoi, zwłaszcza nocą. Bardzo ubogie śniadanie - zdecydowanie odbiega od deklarowanego standardu. Uboga oferta kanałów w TV.

הצוות במלון היה שרותי מחוייך ומסייע לכל פנייה.
המלון במקום מרכזי ונוח לתיור בעיר.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת.
המסעדה והשף אחת הטובות שפגשתי. ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
שהיתי במלון שבוע ימים ונהנתי מאוד מחווית השהייה .

המלון מוגדר כ 5 כוכבים. יש בו לובי ודסק קטנטנים. מעלית אחת קטנה . חדרים קטנים יחסית. בית קפה קטן שמארח בשני שולחנות בצמוד לחדר האוכל. יחסית למספר הכוכבים די מאכזב.

Ausgezeichnete Lage aber problematische Autozufahrt.
Pros:

Lage ist wirklich gut, Zufahrt mit dem Auto problematisch. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, Zimmer entsprechen dem Standard und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, selbst für meine Frau als Veganerin.

Cons:

Zufahrt zum Hotel mehr als problematisch, Parkservice mit € 60,00 pro Tag grenzwertig.

Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал. Ще раз дякую Маріанні за допомогу. Дуже смачний сніданок. Неперевершено! Зручне ліжко. В новелі є чайник та кавомашина. Чудовий кондиціонер. Дуже гарна звукоізоляція.
