есть кондиционер

Cons:

Это не отель! Не останавливайтесь здесь на длительное время (мы жили 8 ночей): уборки нет, туалетной бумаги нет, воды питьевой нет, стаканов нет, сушилки для купальников нет, мыльных принадлежностей нет, чтоб помыться нужно сливать холодную воду полчаса и ждать подходящий напор, мусор никто не выносит, полотенца не меняют, постельное белье также. Все приходится выпрашивать (туалетную бумагу, мыло и стаканы). В душевой кабинете плесень.
Если хотите хреново жить в Грузии - то сюда. Хозяева не грузины.
На одну ночь отель сойдет. На длительный срок не рекомендую!
Веранда обшарпанная, завтрак хороший, но всегда один и тот же. Лестница между этажами очень крутая, с детьми совсем небезопасно по ней ходить.

Pros:

This Aparthotel refused to check us in. When we arrived we were told that other tourists have not checked out, so there are no available rooms. We were forced to search for other properties to stay. They did not let us know in advance, horrible experience

Merkez konumlu, güzel manzaralı, oldukça rahat bir otel
Pros:

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda (Avrupa meydanına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi). Odamızın penceresi arkaya verdiği için sakindi. Çok güzel manzaralı çatı terası var. Kahvaltı orada verilir. Resepsyondaki Slava bey iyi kötü Türkçe konuşuyor, sevimli ve yardımseverdir.

Cons:

Otelin park yeri yok, geldiğimiz saatte hemen yanında bulunan okuldaki yoğunluktan dolayı park yeri bulamamıştık, ama akşamüstü sorun yaşamadık. Otel genel olarak biraz dar, odalar küçük (15 m2), yani Apart Otel değil bana sorsanız. En azından bize aparta benzer bir oda gösterilmedi
