Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic.
Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival.

Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros.
o Turn left into the pedestrian zone.
o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar.
o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town.
o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here.
Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.

Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed.
If you have to do quarantine in the establishment, the client must pay the total cost of the extension of their stay and of the companions who must remain in isolation by direct contact, as well as the expenses of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, extras and other expenses, daily. This was our 4th time at the rocomar, but our first since it’s changed to clopy, we never slept all week as stag parties , constant smell of weed , and from 12am till 8am the when the lift goes up and down it bangs when it stops on a floor and bangs again when on ground floor , which kept us up every night , we changed room but still could hear it , as there isn’t any security in the rocamar building , so the stag parties just come in at any time , up and down the lift bang bang all night, people and balconies smoking weed and talking and singing all night till 6am , went to confront the security in the other building, he went up to the rooms but it just continued on till 6am , balconies were all covered in bird poo and when door open to let air in the pigeons kept coming in , it seems they have just forgotten about the rocomar and consentrating on the clopy next door , plus water kept running all time , just a shocking experience , and I hopefully can get a full refund ..
The hotel was perfect for our stat, the staff were friendly and very aproachable.
The room was clean comfortable & spacious.
The only hickup was no glasses, no milk in the room, but staff were happy to supply.

The receptionists, the quality of the mattress, the price, the cleanliness and the LOCATION even sea view and just 1 min from Balcones de Europa!
The cleaners need some training on how to respect guests! They were slamming the doors all morning, it was horrendous! I know there are fire doors and the shut with a click, but they were slamming the doors-impossible to rest, it really annoyed me early morning.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo! Y la comodidad del espacio.
El baño está integrado a la habitación, si vas con amigos o con hermanos es algo incómodo porque se ve todo de afuera, ya que es una caja de vidrio con lavabo por fuera. Si prendes la luz del baño se ilumina toda la habitación, lo cual es un problema para compartir con otros.
