Good for a stopover for blokes but not a neighbourhood I’d walk my wife through.
Pros:

10 minutes from Munich Train Station. Supplied fan in room on a very sweltering night.
Comfortable bed

Cons:

No kettle and tv with more than one English channel (BBC News which everyone in England hates). No plug sockets by bed to charge up iPhone.

Pros:

Clean Bedsheets, 10 min walk from Hauptbahnhof

Cons:

Uninviting Entrance, behind an oriental/hindukush grocery store. The same entrance alley way is also used as loading accsess of the restaurant or the grocery store downstairs that can be noisy (forklift, worker shouting to each other), unfortunately i experienced an unpleasant smell along that entrance, it might be caused from a garbage collection nearby.

I stayed in room Nr 20, the two night stay cost me €365, a non refundable rate, without breakfast, not even in a peak season. It has window looking at the loading access of the Store/Restaurant below, garlic/cooking smell when you open the window.

The chair is stained, the night stand with drink spot, broken shelf in the wardrobe. No power outlet near bed.

Very loud exhaust fan

Finding parking spot was a challange, cost another €11 for 14 hours.

The shower hose was broken and about 25% leaking, i had to hold the connection to get a proper water pressure.
Reported this to the Reception/Manager, the respond:
"Are you tomorrow still here? I will write it down, and we will tell maintenance tomorrow". The next evening i asked about it again, no answer just awkward smile, he was either forgot or just did not care?

Definitely doesn't not worth the cost

Not a great choice
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

We had a broken closet in the room. Also the approach to the hotel is not clean, and the door of the warehouse of the store in the ground floor were open during most of the day, making it easy to anyone from the street to access the rooms.
