Very hospitable staff, but room was a bit small.

Chambre un peu vétuste.
Pros:

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil.
La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de volets mais des stores cassés qui laissaient passer la lumière des lampadaires en face.
Nous entendions passer le tramway toutes les 5 ou 10 minutes.

Personnel super sympa et dispo, petit déj chouette et varié, immeuble bien décoré et cosy, familial

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes et 3 grosses valises... Douche pas super propre. Il manque, selon nous, quelques petites choses dans la chambre : porte papier dans les WC, petites tables de chevet, petit frigo avec de l'eau gratuite ..

Pros:

Posizione, stanza tripla abbastanza grande con terzo letto e non divano letto. La sera alla reception un ragazzo mi ha dato il ghiaccio per la mia gamba e la mattina la signora con cui abbiamo fatto il check out era gentile. Non per più di una notte e non per claustrofobici.

Cons:

Il check in era alle 15, per vari motivi io e la mia famiglia siamo arrivati all 17:30 pensando di andare a riposare. Al desk la ragazza mi dice vado a vedere se la camera è pronta, torna dicendo che mancavano 5 minuti (quindi 2:35 ore dopo l’orario previsto di check in dalla struttura). Io reagisco con un “ah” un po’ seccata e lei mi guarda in faccia e dice: sono SOLO 5 minuti. Decisamente fuori luogo perché non sono arrivata in anticipo, sono arrivata stanca pensando di andare a riposare e ricevo questa risposta. E in più a cosa sono serviti quei 5 minuti? Mi fa pensare che visto che avevano fretta di pulire, lo abbiamo fatto sommariamente. In più la stanza a piano terra completamente senza finestre e le ventole di areazione in bagno se c’erano non funzionavano.
