根本同學剛退房沒打掃就租出來，髒亂，跟照片感覺時隔10年有ˊˋ
Pros:

第一天覺得不妙立刻提出要退第二天，好在老闆娘本人算是阿莎力，立刻就說好並提供現金退款，這點覺得算是實在。

Cons:

逢甲真的雷房超多。
照片不知道是好幾年前拍的，也沒有翻修過或是重新粉刷整理，整個房間一進去像是剛有大學生退房去過暑假的樣子（超髒亂），牆壁上一堆飲料痕。。電燈採光都超暗，桌子上竟然還擺著一台舊電腦佔空間。。電視螢幕氧化到「自帶防窺」。。最噁是——床包枕頭套都發黃了，有洗過但年份實在太久洗不乾淨的感覺。。廁所算是乾淨但也是十分老舊
停車外收200，一晚共2000（這個價位附近也好多那種同學宿舍空房外租的感覺的）
我只能說逢甲住宿房價有夠離譜，趕緊開離這一帶＝＝

走廊樓層很安靜，浴室熱水很快就熱，空調也很涼。房間有附毛巾、牙刷跟一次性拖鞋，有吹風機(但有點不太熱)。晚上有夜鷹最好帶個耳塞。
Pros:

離逢甲夜市很近，不用騎、開車就可走路去。電梯感應式會鎖定樓層(不用自己按)很安全。

Cons:

有夜鷹的叫聲。然後下雨的時候不知道哪來的水聲超大，好像瀑布，靠中庭的位置。
