Pros:

Staff were very patient and transparent. They were very welcoming and any questions we had they went out of thier way to answer.

Cons:

Although there were no smoking signs everywhere there was a man smoking in the hall and it did smell like smoke in some areas.

Fuss free and comfortable stay
Pros:

We were flying out early next morning, so this was just about 20mins away from the international airport compared to being in city centre. New hotel, comfortable and functional and minimalist rooms with firm bed and ok not too soft pillows. Has a small gym, and a restaurant. About 10 mins ride away from an awfully big mall (SM city) with a hypermart which the locals told us about which was very useful for us to get meals and do some shopping. Otherwise, there are also spa and food and smaller supermarket options in the vicinity of the hotel. Cheap and good for one night's stay.

Cons:

Windows have no view and look into other rooms' windows, so curtains have to be closed all the time. A bit of noise from other guests and can hear air planes flying but the hotel provides ear plugs. No free breakfast options on booking.com like other hotels.
