Hotel Aeropuerto Ángel Albino Corzo

There are rescue dogs and I love dogs however they were large and barked very loudly during the night waking me up several times. As a traveler needing to get up at 4 am for a flight this was unacceptable, especially for the premium price of the room. Also there is no restaurant within the property and there are no restaurants in the area to get delivery.

Deberían ofrecer más que un Coffee break, aunque lo aclaran muy bien en la página y cuando te envían mensaje al reservar, que solo hay cafecito de 7am a 10am y unas galletitas… leche cereal… algo súper básico. Igual les hace falta mejorar este tema

I think the price was a bit high for a capsule, not sure the pricing for the other rooms.

The man when we arrived was grumpy & uninterested. He didn't write down the time of our early transfer & showed no interest in it, so I was left worried about it.
While they do tell you there is no restaurant & it's isolated, it still makes things difficult when you're travelling. They do have tea & coffee though which is good.
The dog was in the doorway when we were leaving for an early morning plane & my neck pillow fell on/near him & when I tried to pick it up, he bit me. While it wasnt a bad bite - no blood drawn - & I realise it was because he got a fright, there should not be a dog in the doorway - neither the dog or I should be put in that position. Had it been a child, it could have been their face or left them sacred of dogs. Also there was dog varking till late.
The hotel is expensive for what it offers but has a monopoly position..

We had a rough time. After check in and paying we were told the ac in all the rooms was not working. They gave us 2 fans. With them running the temperature got to 34 C. Afterwards we found out other rooms had ac and we were unlucky. There was no cooperation to get us to another room without us paying full price for a suite, at double our room rate, no discount. When the room started smelling like smoke from outside and we had 5 mosquitos we downgraded to a pod room. This was done for free, but without a discount or partial refund, even though that room was almost 30% cheaper and had shared bathrooms.
Overall we feel that the lack of customer care, letting them sleep in 34 C heat while they paid for ac and you have other options available is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is nice, but beware that if there are any issues, the personnel will, from our experience, help you in no way.

No me gustó que había muchísimo ruido. Tienen unos perros ladrando toda la noche y la madrugada y las paredes son muy finas, cuando llegaban huéspedes se oía todo. Igualmente no hay puerta en el baño y por lo tanto había más luz de lo habitual, dificultando el sueño.

Quizás un poco el costo y que los baños no tenían bolsas de basura para los desechos
