朝食の時間と、立地、清潔感あるホテル
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったのと、朝食を案内してくれたメガネをかけた女性の対応含めて朝食のスタッフさんみんな、感じが良かった！

Cons:

受付の若い方チェックインする時が一番最初の顔なのに愛想がない若い方で残念。チェックアウトの女の人も、笑顔一つなくて最初と最後の肝心なスタッフが残念だった。

Pros:

Расположение, завтрак, сервис и problem solving. Я забыла наушники в брюках, отправленных в прачечную. Их нашли и вернули. Огромная благодарность персоналу!

Cons:

Прачечную нужно было строго относить на ресепшн в определенное время, кровать на twin bed можно было поменять только с доплатой, в комнате не было табличек "не беспокоить", клининг проводится только утром, мне было довольно тяжело это сочетать с джетлагом.

Highly recommend it.
Pros:

We stayed a few hotels during our trip in Japan. This was one of the better value hotels. Good size comfortable clean rooms. Helpful staff. Dhwayne (spell) checked us in and was very helpful.

Cons:

Good value for money and excellent breakfast.

Pros:

The cleanliness.

Cons:

Breakfast. They only had a very watery coffee. I asked for an espresso and they told me that the machine was broken.
The pool after 17:00 has to be scheduled and you can stay for only 50 min including bath time after the pool. It is not enough time specially if you want to relax.
