Great facilities for the money.
Pros:

The rooms were clean with lots of space to relax and comfortable furniture. The staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfasts were convenient rather than great, but they were there if we wanted them.
The location suited us because it was close to family but would not be great for tourists although getting around Istanbul is easy enough.
