We had some food to eat and then I used the toilet and then went to bed to sleep.
Pros:

I liked the bedroom on the bottom floor and I liked the house and bathroom with toilets in separate ones to use for people.

Cons:

People coming through the front door making noises all the time without slamming the door hard and also people upstairs were banging make lots of noises it did not make us sleep well there at all it's not fair on us at all ok for us to be there no more and it's too much problems sorry with other people.

Basic and Affordable
Pros:

The manager responded quickly for the meet and greet. The room is in a share house and provides basic accommodation with wifi and clean bedding. Easily and affordably accessed from Gatwick via Metrobus. Rooms photos are accurate. Small kitchenette on lower level handy for a cup of tea.

Cons:

Best bus stop is at the roundabout opposite a church on Stagelands Rd. If you miss it the bus on for a bit.

Good location but disappointed.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

Parking is a bit tricky as limited parking on broken and uneven small driveway.
The room was dusty including bed frame and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom toilet was cramped with the sink too close.
There property did not smell fresh, had a raw meat smell about the place.

Great value for money.
Pros:

Close to the bus stop to the Airport, Nice staff. Kitchen available for cooking. The bed was clean and soft.
