It was an ok location

Cons:

The room did not meet the description so they agreed to give us a refund and we had to find another hotel. As you opened the door there was a very steep staircase you had to go up before you entered the room. This was not stated in your description of the room.

Hervorragende Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Thon Hotel Rosenkrantz Bergen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal – direkt in der Nähe des historischen Bryggen-Viertels und vieler Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, komfortabel und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten.
Besonders positiv in Erinnerung bleibt das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl war vielfältig und es wurde stets frisch nachgelegt. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, so much choice, room very clean and spacious, comfy bed and facilities.

Cons:

Just the price, but given its a city hotel in Norway I expected it to be a bit toppy
