Pros:

It was close to the train and the bed were comfortable, those are the only two salvageable things.

El cuarto olía a humedad, el staff nada servicial, les faltaba entrenamiento para tratar con las personas, la salida es a la 9am pero la entrada despues de las 12! Hacia calor, la luz estaba conectada al ventilador de techo y si apagabas la luz apagabas el ventilador, tuvimos que desenroscar la bombilla para poder dormir.

A nice place to stay for a couple of days
Pros:

In a great location, very close to the train station. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.

Cons:

The quieter rooms, away from the street, tend to get stuffy. They gave us a fan to use, which solved the problem. It would be nice if they had someplace to put some clothes (hangers or set of drawers).

Conviently accessible
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay in Aguas Calientes. They kindly stored my luggage securely while I visited Machu Picchu, which was greatly appreciated. Although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for my needs. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The presence of cats lounging on the lobby furniture may not appeal to all guests, particularly those with allergies or concerns about hygiene.

Bom apenas pelo custo x benefício.
Pros:

Gostei apenas do custo x benefício porque hospedagem em Águas Calientes é bem caro. E também da compreensão da equipe quanto ao horário de check in, porque normalmente acontece atrasos do trem ou pequenos incidentes. Deixaram a chave pra mim meia noite, achei isto bem empático.

Cons:

O hotel fica encima de um restaurante de batatas fritas e em frente uma pizzaria então não da pra ficar com a janela aberta devido ao cheiro de fritura e pingos de gordura. O quarto é extremamente úmido, meu celular até acusou "liquido detectado". O café da manhã é muito cedo, apenas até 08h e BEM SIMPLES.

Bom custo-benefício. Chuveiro bem quente, cama confortável, funcionário muito solícito.
Pros:

Recepção solícita. Quarto confortável, chuveiro quente. Localização muito boa. Saímos muito cedo para pegar o minibus para Machu Picchu, e o hotel providenciou um kit de café para levarmos. Excelente.

Cons:

Estranhei que no domingo de manhã não tinha gente na recepção qdo voltamos. Aparentemente, o mesmo funcionário faz tudo, inclusive organização dos quartos.

Buen hotel para una estancia breve.
Pros:

La gente que atendía la recepción, el desayuno y limpiaba eran muy amables. Estaba muy bien presentada la habitación. Era espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno era básico pero cumplía.

Cons:

A pesar de que se veía muy limpio, el baño tenía un olor desagradable. No sé de dónde venía pero había que mantener la puerta cerrada o literalmente salía el olor hacia la habitación.
Otro detalle, es que al querer pagar con soles en efectivo, querían cobrarme con el “precio de dólar del hotel”, que eran aproximadamente unos 30USD más que el cambio del día. Afortunadamente, cuando les pedí respetar el cambio del día no hubo problema.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, pas loin de la gare. La chambre et la literie sont confortables.

Cons:

Il y avait un peu d’humidité, les draps étaient humides. Peut-être est-ce seulement parce qu’il a beaucoup plu quand nous étions là mais ce n’était pas très agréable.
