El lugar, la piscina mirando al mar, la comida está riquísima (tanto menú como desayuno), todo espectacular!! Las mejores instalaciones que hemos visto en Sri Lanka. Además muy limpio y con unos perritos y gato adorables!!! Se puede caminar fácilmente a la zona céntrica de Arugam Bay tanto por la playa como por la ciudad. Precioso el sitio y muy bien el servicio.
Todo el servicio está en la recepción, a la entrada del recinto. Si estás en la piscina generalmente no hay staff para pedir nada. Creo que deberían tener a alguien siempre ahí ya que es donde están los huéspedes, y así evitar tener que salir de la piscina y cruzar todas las villas para pedir un agua o un zumo. El servicio a veces también puede ser lento.
We had a great stay here. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It's important to know that the beach is not suitable for swimming, so you have to go to Arugam Beach for that. Same for restaurants, although Nikara has a good restaurant on-site. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool area is lovely, and it's lovely that you can sit there and have food there instead of going to the restaurant. The restaurant area is also lovely, with a nice water view on the other side of the resort.
On Saturday night, there was a party at the pool and unfortunately, the loud music went on too long, until about 1:30 am. Not great for villas close to the pool, including the sea view room.

The place is lovely and overlooking the ocean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Akash who also arranged for a tour in nearby locations.
De crew is echt fantastisch, ze hebben ons verblijf echt heel fijn gemaakt. Niks is hen teveel, we hadden eerst een minder fijne kamer (nr 10) maar zodra het kon hebben ze ons omgeboekt. (nr 5)
Ook het eten is erg lekker en je kunt er roomservice bestellen. Het bed in nr 5 lag heerlijk. Een van de betere tijdens onze reis.
De kamers zijn niet erg schoon, dat zou wel wat beter kunnen. Bijvoorbeeld de ventilators hebben smoezelige zwarte randen en vlekken op het tapijt en ook schimmel op de kitnaden in de badkamer.
It is in a quieter area of Arugambay and beachfront however you cannot swim there. The meals were pretty good. Comfortable bed. The head guy tried his best to look after us. It has potential but needs a makeover over around the pool and reception area. The rooms were good.
The room was not serviced during our 4 day stay. We were supplied water on arrival but then had to pay for it after that. We ate dinner in our room one night and had the plates left there for more than 24 hours until we finally took them back to reception. We didn’t want to leave them outside because of the dogs and monkeys. There is very little space to sit stuff in the room. The staff lack initiative and spend a lot of time sitting around on their phones however they are pleased to do something once you ask. It doesn’t live up to the photos especially the pool area which is older and needs a makeover. There is a ‘pool bar’ but there never seems to be anybody looking after it so if you want to get a drink, you need to go looking for a staff member.

Kan gå til Arugam Bay via stranden eller vejen via 15-20 min. Fine værelser med fint badeværelse.
Solsenge var gamle og slidte. Lavet i træ så ikke nemme at flytte. Gardiner på værelset trænger til at blive vasket
Très belles chambres, chouette piscine, bien situé accès super facile en Tuk Tuk pour la ville, la plage, le surf. Bon petit déjeuner

Rooms need some small renovations
La atención del personal es encantadora. Las villas espaciosas y la que cogimos con vistas al mar y la piscina es muy cómodo. Nos ayudaron con las excursiones que queríamos hacer. El no poder bañarte en el mar tampoco es una gran pega, ya que tienes la piscina y si vas a Arugam es para hacer surf principalmente, con lo cual, tendrás que moverte de playas. Tuvieron el detalle de hacernos un muy buen desayuno para llevar haciendo el check out a las 5am.

Great location that was very relaxed plus had a great pool. Only a minute tuk tuk from town, which was great to visit then head home and escape some loud parties.
No coffee in the room, which was needed (I did ask)
Fantastic stay, great view and helpful friendly staff. The pool was lovely, and led out onto the beach for a lovely view of the ocean. They have pool towels too, although one day we couldn’t find any by the pool. Could hear the waves from our room which was nice and peaceful. Some cats and dogs on property who are all very friendly - a little kitten kept following us about / chilling on our balcony! Breakfast was lovely - option of western or Sri Lankan. The Sri Lankan breakfast was quite a big portion (have found that everywhere though), but is absolutely lovely and nice to try their local food. It is about 20-30 mins walk along the beach into the main centre.
Room - nice big bed, comfy, air con worked. Relatively spacious. Bathroom was big. Had some beanbags outside to sit on which was nice to chill.
They gave a welcome drink and leaving drink to takeaway which was a nice touch.
Nothing! A fridge in the room would be nice addition to keep water etc cool.
