Hotel cómodo bien ubicado
Pros:

Para nosotros la ubicación fue excelente. Está a unos 5 minutos caminando del centro de congresos. A 10 minutos de la plaza Taxim donde se puede tomar el metro y el funicular. Hay mucho comercio en los alrededores y sitios para comer. En conexión con el loby del hotel hay una tienda de dulces que son muy ricos.
El hotel es limpio , las habitaciones cómodas. Se dispone de un bufet de desayuno con comida turca. Es general es bueno

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tenía un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y la ventana la abrían y tenía dificultades para cerrarla.
Tuvimos una TV que no pudimos hacerla funcionar, pero para nosotros no fue un problema.
Habían varias luces en la habitación que estaban quemadas.

not recommended at all for family stay. Only the location is the reason for my stay.
Pros:

the location was the only good thing.
I booked it to attend the Congress center.

they dont refill toilet tissues
one big bottle of water was kept in the 1st day only.

Terrible service, deceptive entrance, and worn-out facilities.
I had a terrible stay and will never repeat this experience.
The hotel’s reality is completely hidden online—the entrance is extremely narrow and located on a side alley, while the entire main facade is just a dessert shop.
Check-in was handled by an unprofessional and indifferent reception team.
The room was in poor condition with old, worn-out furniture and linens.
The bathroom had weak toilet water pressure, Despite complaining twice about the plumbing, the staff just gave excuses claiming it was normal.
and the Wi-Fi was highly unstable throughout our stay.
Furthermore, they actually shut off the lobby AC in the morning just to stop guests from sitting there while waiting for their trips. Unbelievable lack of hospitality. Avoid this place.
