Beautiful big room. Very clean. I have never seen better staff.
The pool is in between high buildings. Some are renovated. Noise and many eyes. Not really relaxing. Also we didn’t lije breakfast very much.

The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned and more water bottles brought 2 times a day which was nice. Breakfast was really good although it required some waiting since it was served to the table and not a buffet. Loved the sourdough toasts and yogurt bowls. The neighbor's cat Blacky that hung out at the hotel patio was really cute and friendly, he was the highlight of the stay! :)

They could improve the sound insulation by putting better windows in. The road in front can be loud at times when cars drive past on the cobblestone street.

L'hôtel est une ancienne savonnerie et en a fait la marque de sa décoration. Rien d'ostentatoire, tout dans la discrétion et le raffinement, c'est très réussi !
Le personnel est très accueillant et accommodant. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit extrêmement confortable et la salle de bains moderne et fonctionnelle. Une jolie attention nous attendait dans la chambre avec un petit mot du staff c'était très agréable.
La piscine, bien que petite, reste très appréciable après avoir marché dans la ville. Le Jacuzzi et le hammam apportent une touche de relaxation supplémentaire.
Le petit déjeuner servi à table est excellent et le personnel très gentil et serviable.
Bref un hôtel à la hauteur de ses prétentions, intimiste et d'un luxe simple qu'on quitte avec regret.
La climatisation est bruyante mais les températures de Porto sont fraîches les nuits.
On peut donc s'en passer facilement et sinon des bouchons d'oreilles sont à disposition dans la salle de bains.
Le personnel est au petit soin et d’une grande gentillesse.

-Informatie over parkeergarage. Ik was niet op de hoogte dat ik prepaid kon betalen en dan onbeperkt kon parkeren voor 50€. Nu werd 104€ in rekening gebracht voor ruim 4 dagen.
- Aan de balie kan het verstrekken van tips over bezienswaardigheden waardevol zijn. Zeer de moeite waard was onze fietstour met Bajabikes. en we hebben jammer genoeg een bezoek aan Casa da Musica met Fado muziek gemist, omdat we er pas achteraf van op de hoogte waren

On a mini break for our anniversary whilst expecting a baby and we’re happy and grateful to receive an upgrade. Nice details (welcoming message, chocolate on pillows, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. ). Super clean, excellent breakfasts and wonderful massages. 100% recommendation.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden in Porto.
De straat waar het hotel aan ligt is niet heel bijzonder, maar zodra je binnen komt is het prachtig en stil met een mooie binnentuin.
