Un véritable écrin au centre de Porto !
Pros:

Un véritable écrin dans une petite rue qui ne paye pas de mine, en plein centre de Porto. Accueil parfait, personnel au top, excellent petit déjeuner à la carte, un service vraiment 5 étoiles : petites attentions, cadeau pour la St Valentin….Très bon massage au Spa, bref un hôtel remarquable, en plus nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé ! Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Le restaurant ( service ou cuisine ? ) fait un peu amateur par rapport à la qualité du reste des prestations de l’hôtel : au dîner, plat oublié ! Mon épouse n’a pas eu son plat principal, et au petit-déjeuner pareil, obligé de relancer plusieurs fois….
L’hôtel étant une ancienne savonnerie, la déco dans les chambres y fait référence, du coup, l’odeur de savon assez présente peut gêner certains.

What a magical stay in this beautiful hotel in the centre of Porto
Pros:

Wow, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy, the room size was perfect and the style was very pretty. The breakfast was al a carte and had lots of delicious options, the staff were always very friendly and made our day. The hotel also helped us book restaurants and sent over some lovely recommendations. The little details went a long way. Thank you.

The location for us was perfect, near cool restaurants and bars in neighbouring areas. Nothing was too far of a walk, but also taxis ( Uber ) were very reasonably priced. The hotel setting was perfect, having the courtyard to relax after a busy day exploring, with a heated little plunge pool, and a slightly bigger pool ( if you are daring to have a little swim during the cooler month of May ), followed by a steam room in the spa area.

We could have easily stayed here longer, and didn’t want to come home. We loved Porto and we loved this hotel.

Delightful and charming with amazing staff and the best night’s sleep
Pros:

Delightful and charming, every little detail was taken care of. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were genuinely lovely. Our room/mini apartment was comfortable, clean, had an amazing shower, soft bedsheets, blackout curtains- we slept so well! Breakfasts were delicious. The ladies in the spa gave us such brilliant massages, we had another before we checked out! All in all - so much better than we hoped for and we’d love to return.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was a lovely temperature but wasn’t very bubbly, so may need some maintenance. It was too cold for us to try a swim in the pool.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel aber nicht 5 Sterne. Hat Luft nach oben. Man könnte wirklich einige Sachen verbessern. Der R

Lage. Sauberkeit. Sehr schöner Innenhof.Spa-bereich. Ganz toller Service alle mega nett. Man versucht hier wirklich dem Gast alle wünsche zu erfüllen.Jeder wirkt motiviert, junges Team.Hotel hat 28 Zimmer dafür ist der Pool und der Innenhof aber nicht ausgelegt, sollten mal ein paar mehr die Anlage benutzen.

Cons:

TV hatte kein Netzwerkanschluss bzw war nicht möglich sich mit dem Handy zu verbinden.Das Zimmer war über 2 Etagen. Für Koffer ist unten kein Platz. Do muss mann sie durch eine enge Wendeltreppe hoch tragen. Oben hat es nur ein paar Bügel , kein Schrank nichts. Zu gut wie keine Ablage im Bad . Der Jaccuzzi ist eigentlich nur eine große Badewanne ohne wirkliche Düsen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel - Top Personal, Service und Frühstück
Pros:

Das Personal, die Grösse der Suite, das ausgezeichnete Essen (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) und der bezaubernde Garten waren ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist a la Carte, was uns sehr entspricht. Man kann so viel bestellen wie man möchte. Man merkt, dass hochwertige Produkte verarbeitet werden. Der Stil des Hotels ist durchdacht, stimmig und sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Leider kann ich die Suite nicht empfehlen. Diese ist zur Strassenseite, auch wenn keine grosse Feier stattfindet, ist der Lärm von draussen hörbar. Mit Ohropax schlafen war für uns deshalb ein Muss. Ebenfalls dichten die Vorhänge nicht gut ab. Falls wir wiedermal kommen, würden wir definitiv ein Zimmer in den Innenhof nehmen, auch wenn diese kleiner sind. Denn dieser ist wunderschön und die Balkone sind toll.

Exceptional
Pros:

Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely spacious, clean room. Nice garden and pool area for sitting in sun. Excellent location, close to main metro station and walking distance to almost all attractions.
