מיקום מצוין במרכז העיר. חדרים מיוחדים. רמת שירות מאוד גבוה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת במיוחד.

Cons:

הייתי עודה כניסה מרשימה יותר. מקדשים שם נוכחות של חתול טורדני.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel, zeer behulpzaam personeel en heel vriendelijk. Prachtige suites, van alles voorzien.
Hotel ligt op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden in Porto.
De straat waar het hotel aan ligt is niet heel bijzonder, maar zodra je binnen komt is het prachtig en stil met een mooie binnentuin.

Geweldige service, goede locatie en heerlijk bed

Geweldig bed, fijne service en heerlijk a la carte ontbijt

Cons:

De wenteltrap in de mezzanine kamer naar het bed toe was steiler/smaller dan gedacht, niet perse geschikt voor (oudere) mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Als je snachts naar de wc moet bijvoorbeeld.

Chraming boutique hotel in quiet central location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

The location was central, handy for the market, the metro and quiet. Loved the boutique style and the garden. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was very good. The cat was an added bonus!

Cons:

The only criticism was the bathroom. The door to the toilet needed adjustment. It rubbed on the floor.
The floor tiles, particularly in the toilet, looked dirty. They probably need to be replaced.
The sensor lights in the built-in wardrobe were too strong. They lit up every time someone walked past, rather than just when you opened the door!

Pros:

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el hotel. Es una antigua fábrica de jabones (saboaria) reformada. Tiene un patio exterior de manzana con una pequeña piscina y pequeña una zona de SPA.
Habitaciones modernas con decoración elegante y moderna. La cama me pareció excepcionalmente cómoida
Personal muy atento
Desayuno a la carta realmente sabroso
No tiene parking, pero hay parrkings públicos muy cerca.
La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso del centro de Oporto (plaza Aliados, Catedral, torre dos cregos)
Cuarto de baño equipado con todo. Ducha excelente, en caudal, estabilidad, facilidad de uso

Cons:

Poca qué decir. No es un hotel barato, pero tal y como está Oporto, el precio me pareció muy competitivo, contando además que nos alojamos en la noche de Sao Joao

Porto is a great place to visit and the hotel made our holiday extra special. Well done team TS!
Pros:

Torel Saboaria was great! Loved everything about it. The hotel decor is lovely, the room was so comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were amazing and we used the little pool and garden every day. Such a lovely extra to come back to after a day exploring Porto. All the hotel and restaurant staff are fabulous and friendly and were so attentive. Thank you for looking after us. It was a pleasure to meet you all.

Pros:

Pokoje większe niż się spodziewaliśmy, niebywale oryginalnie wykończone. Piękny dziedziniec z kameralnym basenem i spa. Śniadania z wspaniałą personalna obsługą, ale przede wszystkim: obsługa hotelowa! Cała ekipa recepcji wykazała się wybitnym i szczerym zaangażowaniem. Przewidywali wszystkie nasze potrzeby, czuliśmy się dla nich naprawdę ważni. Myślę, że renomowane hotele 5 gwiazdkowe mógłby by się od Was Panowie uczyć! Gratulujemy i życzymy samych sukcesów. Great but not 5 star
Pros:

Great location
The hotel is family friendly with a elevator
Breakfast was great
The AC was a bit loud for me but it was great
Reception staff friendly
Great shower water pressure

Cons:

The pool and outside decking need a bit of renovation - the wood is lifting, and I received a splinter
The house keeping was average (not 5 star) - they did not empty our bins a couple of times (and we had a baby in nappies with us...)
The turn down service was rubbish - towels not tidied/replaced, bins not emptied, curtains messy closed, chocolates thrown randomly on the bed.
Our room was noisy - as it faced the road.
