Cons:

Las habitaciones y sus ventanas dan hacia un pasillo común por lo que no podes apreciar las vistas ya que tenes que cerrarlas si queres privacidad
Falta una luz de mesa en la habitación

O quarto estava bem limpo, havia xampu, condicionador e sabonete líquido à vontade no banheiro, além de água filtrada e um microondas para esquentar água e comida. Precisei mudar estender a reserva e foi muito simples. O pessoal foi muito solícito atencioso. A vista do primeiro andar também é incrível

A única coisa que me incomodou um pouco foram dois tijolos de vidro no teto, que deixavam o quarto muito claro quando ainda estava dormindo.

Je déconseille cet hébergement.
Tout d’abord, il n’y a aucune réception sur place. Le seul moyen de communication avec les hôtes est par WhatsApp, ce qui complique grandement l’arrivée. De plus, aucun service de consigne n’est offert pour les bagages si vous arrivez avant l’heure du check-in.
L’établissement ne propose aucune commodité de cuisine, aucun déjeuner et aucun espace commun aménagé à cet effet. Il n’y a pas non plus de climatisation. Les chambres sont extrêmement chaudes et on y retrouve beaucoup d’insectes. Les portes ferment mal et présentent de grands espaces au bas et sur les côtés, ce qui laisse facilement entrer les insectes.
Les salles de bain étaient également très sales, ce qui a rendu notre séjour peu agréable.
Enfin, l’hostel n’offre aucun service ou accompagnement pour les activités touristiques.
Dans l’ensemble, notre expérience a été très décevante et je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.

Muy bien la Tranquilidad y la confianza que le brindan al huesped.

La terraza tranquila y con vista a los volcanes.
