Je déconseille cet hébergement.
Tout d’abord, il n’y a aucune réception sur place. Le seul moyen de communication avec les hôtes est par WhatsApp, ce qui complique grandement l’arrivée. De plus, aucun service de consigne n’est offert pour les bagages si vous arrivez avant l’heure du check-in.
L’établissement ne propose aucune commodité de cuisine, aucun déjeuner et aucun espace commun aménagé à cet effet. Il n’y a pas non plus de climatisation. Les chambres sont extrêmement chaudes et on y retrouve beaucoup d’insectes. Les portes ferment mal et présentent de grands espaces au bas et sur les côtés, ce qui laisse facilement entrer les insectes.
Les salles de bain étaient également très sales, ce qui a rendu notre séjour peu agréable.
Enfin, l’hostel n’offre aucun service ou accompagnement pour les activités touristiques.
Dans l’ensemble, notre expérience a été très décevante et je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.

Die Betreiber antworteten schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir hatten Ameisen im Bett und konnten innerhalb von wenigen Minuten Zimmer wechseln. Die Lage ist gut

personas de otras habitaciones no respetaron el horario de la entrada durante la noche, última hora era a las 10:00 , las personas llegaron tocando el timbre a las 3:00 de la mañana, quitándonos la tranquilidad de la madrugada, cuando todos estábamos descansando .

Todo, era muy desaseado, nos salió un alacrán que podía poner en peligro nuestra vida, aún así nos cambió de habitación, pero no es seguro, no hay nada de utensilios de cocina, todo estaba sucio en el baño, el barrio era como inseguro para parquear, mucha luz en las habitaciones

beautiful view right to the volcano agua.
super cute place, very clean and let me check-in a bit earlier which was awesome. bathroom is seperate but closeby, clean and has warm showers as well. also easy communication and self check-in

nothing I didnt like. for some people important: its a (very nice) 10 min walk to the center, so not directly in the center but good location still.
not the typical hostel social vibe. more like motel style, great for couples and privacy.
