Pros:

Die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilsfbereit. Der Strandabschnitt vom Hotel ist ziemlich gut. Die Ausstattung vom Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Wenn man abends im Restaurant ist, hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf Batumi, Berge, Strand und kann gleichzeitig den Sonnenuntergang angucken. Das Restaurant ist für Georgien eher teuer aber das Essen ist gut. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel und ist sein Geld wert.

Cons:

Nur der auflösbare Kaffee ist umsonst. Wenn man einen gescheiten aus der Siebträgermaschine haben will muss man 5gel für einen Americano oder 9gel für Latte macchiato zahlen. Das ist zwar nur ein kleiner Makel aber wenn man gerne Kaffee trinkt sollte man das bedenken.
Das Hotel ist noch nicht fertig gebaut. Wenn man keinen Meerblick bucht kann es gut sein dass man einen Rohbau sieht wenn man aus dem Fenster guckt. Es gibt jedoch keinen Baustellenlärm.

В номерах с мини-кухней не хватило плиты или микроволновки, так вся суть кухни сводилась к посуде и раковине. + добавить
Pros:

В первую и главную очередь, отношение людей. У нас случилась очень нестандартная ситуация при отдыхе, пришлось вызывать скорую помощь. Абсолютно все сотрудники отеля, которые были вовлечены, оказали нам всю возможную поддержку, внимание и заботу, начиная от охраны и заканчивая менеджерами в ресторане. В остальном все хорошо, отдыхаем в этом месте не первый раз - пляж, чистота территории и номера, уборка, завтраки - все для спокойного и комфортного отдыха в Кобулети. Отель отличается от всех остальных в городе.

Cons:

Два здания так и не достроены, это дело нужно или закончить или как-то оградить от глаз проживающих + добавить пространства для отдыха.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Außerhalb der Stadt, daher sehr ruhig. Sehr schöner Pool. Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Hälfte der Hotelanlange ist nur fertiggestellt, daher darf man den Blick nicht Richtung Straße wenden, dann fühlt man sich wie auf einer Baustelle. Ein angrenzendes Gebäude,...wird wohl mal der Speisesaal befindet sich aktuell im Fertigstellung, so daß jeder Zeit mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit sehr vielen Kameras ausgestattet...Privatsphäre sehr eingeschränkt. Das Rauchen ist nur an einem kleinen Platz erlaubt, wo bei das Personal ungeniert überall rauchen geht. Man fühlt sich als Gast teilweise ungewollt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr zurückhaltend freundlich. Im Restaurant ist das Personal sehr unausgebildet und eher unfreundlich. Kontakt zum Gast wird kaum aufgenommen. Abendessen mussten wir zurückgeben, da ungenießbar. Insgesamt haben nur die Zimmer die 5 Sterne verdient.
