Sehr schönes Gebäude.Essen gut! Sauna und Schwimmbad ok! Zimmer sah gar nicht aus wie auf den Fotos.
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war uralt, mit einem fleckingen Teppich. Zimmer und Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte kein Deutsch und englisch sehr schlecht.

The medieval Germanic architecture of the building. The staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are clean but dated. I also noted that the staff and their associates were using the same guest facilities to drink, smoke and socialise. That turned me off using around the tavern and outdoors area.

Un établissement magnifique, un décor somptueux, un personnel adorable et irréprochable, tout etait parfait. 😊
Les repas et le petit déjeuner etait parfait, tout etait bon, découverte des spécialités locales.
L'hôtel est calme, tres bien insonorisé, les chambres sont spacieuse, la vue est belle, mille merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, vous avez grandement participé a l'embellissement de ce beau voyage 😊
Si nous revenons en autriche nous reviendront chez vous avec une immense joie. Vous etes idéalement situé pour faire des visites magnifique a 1h30 de innsbruck et 1h de salzbourg.
N'hésitez pas a vous y arreter et a y séjourner.
Parking payant mais tres pratique au sous sol.
Enxore merci a tous, a toutes vos équipes pour ce merveilleux sejour chez vous. 🥰

Schönes Familienhotel mit viel Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön fanden wir den besonderen Charakter des alten Schlosses. Durch die vielen verwinkelten Gänge und unterschiedlichen Bereiche gab es viel zu entdecken. Gerade mit einem kleinen Kind war das toll, da es viel Platz zum Herumlaufen und Erkunden gab.

Auch die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gab es einiges zu entdecken und auszuprobieren. Unsere Tochter war davon begeistert und hatte während des Aufenthalts sehr viel Spaß.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und großzügig geschnitten und bot uns als Familie mit Kind viel Platz. Auch der Schwimmbadbereich war angenehm und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr ruhig, sodass wir dort entspannt Zeit verbringen konnten.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch mit unserer kleinen, teilweise sehr lebhaften Tochter wurde immer sehr freundlich und entspannt umgegangen. Besonders das Personal im Speisesaal war sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Wir haben uns als Familie wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen merkt man leider deutlich, dass das Hotel und die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Im Schwimmbad waren beispielsweise einzelne Fliesen beschädigt und an manchen Stellen war Flugrost zu sehen. Einige der Spielgeräte wirkten ebenfalls schon älter und waren im unteren Bereich teilweise staubig bzw. hätten gründlicher gereinigt werden können.

Auch insgesamt merkt man hier und da, dass kleinere Renovierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten nötig wären. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt allerdings nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme und mit etwas mehr Pflege und Modernisierung könnte dieser noch besser zur Geltung kommen.
