Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren absolut zufrieden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Gastgeberin war super nett. Wir hatten ein paar Extra Wünsche , die uns wichtig waren, auch das war kein Problem.

Cons:

Avoid this place. Arrived at night with a confirmed booking and found no access, no assistance, and no clear instructions. Had to pay for another stay at my own expense. On top of that, staff were rude and called the customer “stupid” instead of resolving the issue. Completely unprofessional.

Pros:

Cette maison est très grande et très jolie en apparence mais elle est vraiment à fuir !
De plus, il faut payer l'hôte directement en virement bancaire ou via PayPal... Donc aucune protection comme en passant par Booking.

Cons:

Le ménage n'a pas été fait, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain.
Il y avait une forte odeur de transpiration sur la couette et les oreillers.
Il y avait des poils et des taches d'urine dans les toilettes, des cheveux dans la douche et la baignoire. Il y avait des déchets dans la poubelle.
D'autre part, dans l'annonce il est bien inscrit salle de bain privative pour l'option que j'ai pris, mais la salle de bain était utilisée (serviette utilisée, brosse a dent sur son socle avec les traces d'eau séchée autour).
J'ai jamais vu ça et pourtant je voyage beaucoup. C'est honteux !!!
D'autre part, le check in est jusqu'à 22h30 d'après la description mais l'hôte n'a pas voulu se déplacer à 22h15 car il était trop tard (c'était prévu et c'est en parti pour ce check in tardif qu'on a choisit cet établissement) donc elle nous a demandé de faire un virement. Heureusement que j'ai refusé !!!
Elle a finalement accepté qu'on entre dans les lieux (Boîte à clef avec code) avant de payer.
Avant de découvrir en détail la saleté de l'endroit, j'ai tenté via 3 comptes différents de faire un virement mais le paiement ne passait pas en raison d'un problème avec le compte de l'hôte. Très bizarre... mais heureusement pour moi. Car en découvrant la saleté et la mauvaise ambience qui y règne, j' ai finalement payé ma nuit en liquide, et annulé les 2 autres. J'ai toutes les photos et échanges par texto si besoin.
