Pros:

Spacious room and the location. Closed to metro and tourist spots and shopping areas. Airport bus stop

Cons:

There was a picket/protest at the lobby during our stay. It was not a little trashy and loud at times.

スタッフの方々のちょうど良い距離感もあり、とても良い旅になりました。
Pros:

明洞に宿泊の際は何年も前よりこちらを利用しています。立地がとても良いです。地下鉄を上がったらすぐ目の前です。短いスティでソウルを楽しむのなら最高です。
部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。
窓からNタワーが見え、韓国好きにはたまらない部屋でした。

Cons:

古いホテルなので、カビや下水の匂いがします。宿泊時は匂いが取れるスプレーを持参しています。
一階は以前から揉めている元従業員のゴミが沢山あります。昨年よりひどくなっていました。ホテルの前でデモをする姿もありましたが、慣れているので気になりませんでした。

Would stay again and recommend to friends, great place and price.
Pros:

Amazing location to greenway for running along river, Myeongdong night market and metro, sightseeing, airport, train station, everything. Clean and functional room that was large and a great view and was quiet.

Cons:

The workers were on strike in the front, the air conditioning did not work very strong, the shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor and the light switches were confusing

エントランスに元従業員のデモの段ボールが積み上がっていて美観が悪かった、もし知っていたら予約しなかった
朝食会場の案内係の女性が感じが悪く、席を自由に選ばせるのに、広いテーブルを選ぶとそこはグループ用だと、どくように言われました。でも席は10以上空いており、私の後に広いテーブルに一人で座った男性にはどけといわず。そのスタッフに確認したらその男性は後で連れがくるからだと説明されたが、私が食事中に連れは現れませんでした。座れない席があるなら案内すればいいし、席がたくさんあまっているから、机をつなげたらいいし、残念に感じました。
