התארחנו במלון קיסר בטבריה  בסוף שבוע האחרון ונהנינו מאוד מכל רגע. השירות היה פשוט מעולה – אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל בקשה. החדר שקיבלנו היה חדש, נקי ומטופח, מה שהפך את השהייה לנעימה במיוחד. הארוחות היו טעימות ומגוונות עם מבחר עשיר, והספא המצוין סיפק חוויה מרגיעה ומפנקת. מעל הכול בלט היחס החם והאישי של כל אנשי הצוות. בהחלט מלון שנשמח לחזור אליו ולהמליץ עליו בחום🥰

היי לכולם רציתי להודות מעל במה זאת לצוות מלון קיסר המדהימים. התארחנו בהרבה בתי מלון אבל אצלהם זה מספר 1!!
שמחה לשתף אותכם שממש נהננו מהשירות המדהים ומהאירוח המקסים מיכל המקסימה קיבלה אותנו במאור פנים ובאדיבות מאין כמוהה וגם ליגל מאירת פנים ונהדרת .שהינו אני ובעלי שהינו במלון יום אחד ומרוב שהיה כזה נחמד ומזמין ביצענו הזמנה מיד גם לילדים שבבית והם הגיעו מוקדם בשעה 12 והיה לפלא בעיני ששוב הפקידה המקסימה בחיוך גדול אמרה לי החדר המפנק מוכן לכם ואין צורך להמתין לשעה 15:00 המקובלת .קיבלנו חדר בקומה 8 חדש ומהממממםםםם עם נוף בראשיתי לים עם המון פינוקים ומרוב שהחדר היה כזה כייף ושירות מדהים במלון דחינו את הטיול שרצינו ללכת כי פשוט היה כייף להישאר במלון ולהנות מכל רגע!!! ואני חייבת לציין שהיגעתי עם ילד קטן מיוחד שממש רצה שיפתחו את המשחקיה בשעות שהיא לא פעלה והצוות נענה לבקשתינו מיידית ושלח איש שרות שיפתח לו במיוחד את החדר והוא הראה לילדים איך משחקים במחשבים ואיך מתפעלים עם המון סבלנות לא רגילה.וכשעלינו מחדר המשחקים הילד בכה סתם ואז שוב מיכל קראה לנו ואמרה שבאישור המנהל שהילדים יגשו למזנון ויקבלו גלידות על חשבון הבית .ובחדר האוכל בערב קיבלנו אישור מיוחד לקחת אוכל למיוחד שמתעורר בלילה וצריך אוכל...בקיצור אנחנו ממליצים ממש על מלון קיסר בטבריה שהיה בו ממש כייף ונעים וכל כך הרבה נהננו ביומיים וזה לא רק ממישהו אחד זה מכולם הפקידים המנהלים האנשי שירות צוות הבריכה ו...חדר האוכל המושקע והטעים ברמות לא היה חסר כלום וגם לשומרי כשרות היה המוןןן המון מה לאכול היה נקי וכייף ושמח היינו בעבר וגם אתמול ואנחנו רוצים כבר לחזור לנפוש שם.מי שרוצה חופשה אמיתית ברמה אחת מעל כולם שיגיע למלון קיסר טבריה .
תבורכו אתם אנשים מדהימים מגיע לכם את הציון 10 ביושר גדול👌🙏❤️

מלון ברמה טובה
Pros:

את השירות המעולה והנחמדות של צוות המלון. עשו הכל כדי שנרגיש בטוב. יצא לנו להיעזר בהם מספר פעמים ותמיד היו עם מאור פנים
