The front office staff the lady with glasses has an attitude and very indifferent. They also have only one staff at reception even during busy times. The food is very average and not worth the cost

Perfect family hotel for a short getaway
Pros:

Excellent hotel, conveniently located with every part of the town not more than 10 mins away. Ample parking, cute rooftop pool, good spread at breakfast. The room was quiet with excellent air conditioning a great bed with super comfy bedding and linen. Fast service to the room and attentive staff ready to help at all times of the day. Special mention for the excellent Chakra spa.

Cons:

MInor crib..the switch to power backup wasnt seamless whenever there was a powercut so the power in the room kept going on and off multiple times
