Great hotel In a good location.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely - clean, comfortable and modern. Great location in Nisantasi, it is on a busy street but no noise issues.

Cons:

Payment terms were pay at property but Reservations Team authorised payment on credit card prior to arrival without communication. It is not a problem to check payment option but it is distasteful to not communicate with guests about it. Other hotels usually send an email to advise they require payment or a preauthorisation. This is a courtesy which should be afforded to guests.

Wonderful Service
Pros:

We stayed here for five nights with our toddler and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, accommodating and was very nice to our toddler who felt right at home. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is insanely comfortable. The hotel has a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and so so many shops! I wish I could name every single staff member; we truly appreciate everyone who made our stay special, from the staff at the front desk always smiling, the restaurant staff who welcomed us every morning with a smile and was helpful all throughout breakfast, the housekeeping staff who were flexible to work around our son’s nap time, the bellmen team who were always helpful and arranged our transport to the airport at great value and made our check in and check out experience extremely smooth (shoutout to Ugur and Moustafa). Thank you all!

Сотрудники отеля очень дружелюбны и готовы помочь (и помогли) по любому вопросу.
Обслуживание номеров - отдельный плюс.
Завтрак приличный - шведский стол с возможностью заказать омлет/скрэмбл/глазунью. Есть заварные чаи, капуччино.
Меню в ресторане достаточно хорошее, обстановка для ужина отличная.
Расположение отеля очень удачное - вокруг много ресторанов, кофеен и торговых центров, совсем рядом станция метро. Во дворе отеля - ресторанный дворик.

Cons:

الأسعار مرتفعة جدا ، صغر حجم الإستقبال ، اطلالة الغرفة كانت ليست بالمستوى المطلوب، الصور في الموقع تخالف الصور في الحقيقة. يضعون صور وعند الوصول تتفاجئ بأنها تختلف عما في خيارات الحجز.
