موقع و خدمة ونظافة ممتازة وموظفين ودودون احب النزول فيه دائما

موقع ممتاز جدا في وسط المدينة حيوي فيه مطاعم وكافيهات ومحلات ملابس واكسسوارات وتحته الفندق محطة عثمان بيه تستطيع التنقل بها كما نستطيع المشي فيه بامان حتى الساعة 11-12 ليلا والسير فيه لمنطقة تقسيم وشارع الاستقلال وبرج غلطة كما انه قريب من شارع نسانتشي شارع التسوق المشهور

انا احب النزول في الفندق مع اضافة الفطور لمميزاته التي يتميز بها من الموقع والنظافة وحسن الاستقبال والموظفين الودودين ولكن مازلت اتطلع لمستوى فنادق الخمس النجوم في قائمة الفطور في الفندق اتمنى ان اشاهد مزيد من التنوع والتجديد باضافة اصناف بروتين عربية وعالمية ولذيذة

مارجع اختاره صراحه كنت متوقعه يكون افضل بكثير بس للامانه الموظفين لطيفين بشكل عام

الغرفه للاسف مش نظيفه فيها حشرات + واجهنا مشكله بالمكيف كان يفصل فجاه خلال وقت نومنا وطلبنا فني اليوم الثاني وقال ضبطته وكل شي اوكي بس للاسف ماتضبط.،كميه الماء بالغرفه قليل يعني كل شوي بتضطر تطلب يجيبون والجو حار جدا جدا الموظف الي وصل شناطنا للغرفه في اول وصولنا كنا متعبين جدا وهو مصر على سرد كل الي موجود بالاوتيل وضحت له انها المره الالف لي باسطنبول ومابي الاوتيل بس كان مصر بشكل غريب ومعصب بعد ليه ماجرب مطعهم غريب صراحه هههه

الموقع اجمل شي في المكان و ان الفندق قريب من وسط المدينة

Cons:

الفطور سيء اكثر من مره نحصل شعر في البوفيه ذبان بكثره ، الموظفين عند تسجيل الخروج من الفندق ازعجونا في موضوع لف الحقائب لاخد مال و محاولة اجبرنا بشراء شنط من عندهم بحكم ان الشنط الي تم شرائها من خارج الفندق سيئة ، و جلس الموظف يضغط على الشنط بقوة لين فرط السحاب و ذكر لنا هذا عشان الجودة سيئه ، الاكل في البوفيه سيء الفواكه خربان البيض ني و رائحته سيئه

بإذن الله بيكون هو اختياري الأول للسكن بإسطنبول
