Basement parking issues
Cons:

Parking... Basement parking is too narrow and difficult for an SUV.... Security not altering this and directing all Vehicles to park the basement ..

Not a pleasant stay
Pros:

- Location: I was looking for a stay in this area & the location of this hotel was the primary reason I booked it.
- Nothing else.

Cons:

- The toilet in the room wasn't clean. They cleaned it after I asked them to.
- The AC wasn't cooling much. I have to report it multiple times before they did something about it.
- There was a loud speaker playing outside our room early in the morning & upon reporting to the staff, they responded saying there's a wedding in the hotel. This was unacceptable & ruined our sleep.
- There were multiple power outages for short duration during the night.
- Overall, we didn't find the stay worth our money.

Good location for persons going around Pimpri Chinchwad. Restaurant is ok

Cons:

Service is not satisfactory. Rooms did not have drinking glasses and coffee cups, second instance this was happening

This is where the hotel really stood out. The staff were helpful, polite, and very quick with service.

Cons:

Cleanliness was below expectations:

Curtains were dirty and I avoided touching them as they looked like they might fall.

The bathroom door was very old and worn out.

Noise was a problem—the room had a road view, and vehicle sounds were clearly audible at night. The room wasn’t soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The breakfast buffet had a wide spread, but taste-wise it was just average.
