They charge u on arrival R1000 for a breakage fee, but the big surprise is that when u in the room and u start to test the stuff u will see Room 307 coffee machine don't work and and the DSTV don't work at all, best off it all is there is no battery's in the remotes.
So why do you charger a breaking fee is your apartment equipment isn't working, for me this is falls advertisement

To my understand or to make it clear is they charge u the amount, so when u leave the next day they will not pay your amount back as policy state 7 working days due to the tv don't work all off sudden and the coffee machine
but if u don't report it they will keep u responsible for the equipment.

Pros:

It was central, had a view of the mountains, the pool and gym.

Cons:

The cupboards and various features in the apartment are slowly following apart, our room had a leaking toilet and dirty bath. We asked to change the room but the options we were given were just as bad, if not worse.

It was lovely and the staff were kind. Will definitely recommend.

It was clean and neat on arrival. I loved the security, it made us ladies feel safe.

Limpio, amplio, cómodo

Cons:

Nos desaparecieron de la habitación 200$, de una carrera que estaba encima de una maleta. Comentando con el staff hablaron con el servicio de habitaciones quienes dijeron no haber sido ellos.Tienen un servicio en el que cada housekeeping graba lo que hace en la habitación, y lo revisaron. Sin embargo esa grabación se puede haber hecho después de haber sustraído el dinero y no confirma nada. No nos han ofrecido más explicaciones. Llevo usando hoteles y servicios de Booking mucho tiempo, nunca me habían robado dinero en ningún sitio.

A pleasant experience
Pros:

Prompt response to challenges.
My towel got mixed up with hotel lining and upon reporting it was located and returned immediately.
Staff are also friendly and sign in and out systems are contact free.

Cons:

It’s not disability friendly. Access into the property is with steps and there’s no ramp for wheelchair access or in the case with heavy luggage , ramp access to make it easier. There is however an elevator within the property.
Sign in for one of my flatmates never worked and the team was not updated so depending on who was on duty, even on explaining , she had to go through registration all over only to find out it still wasn’t working.

Parfait, propre, sécuritaire, très bon emplacement
Pros:

Propre, appartement très grand, très calme, très bien situé (2 minutes d'une épicerie), 15 secondes de restaurants.

It was average the whole hotel stay
Pros:

Clean and spacious

Cons:

It was confusing to figure out where the reception was as it’s combined with Rocafellas hotel
I arrived at 1pm and was exhausted and the staff refused to let us check in, eventually I waited u til 2 pm and then waited for another 30 minutes to check in
The process is ridiculously long
The staff should be more accommodating
