Unprofessional welcoming of guests

I didnt like the fact that I was only given towels and the blanket in the was only for 1 person and yet I reserved for 2 people. The receptionist didn't even check my name for the reservation and immediately said to ask me to pay and again I already paid the reservation beforehand. He didn't even explain everything- like i booked for a breakfast but I still need ro ask where would we the our breakfast! It was more about the money immediately! It was disappointing

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage zu sehr vernünftigen Preis
Pros:

die Lage ist gut, der Bus hält vor der Tür.
Das Frühstück ist lecker, auch für Vegetarier ist einiges dabei. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich

Sinto que fui enganado

Primeiro de tudo senti-me enganado pelo Booking, pois vendeu-me um quarto que depois venho a descobrir que o meu amigo na Alemanha tinha feito a reserva para o mesmo Hotel por apenas 65€ para as duas noite e eu paguei 150€ + 20€ para o parque, o que não faz sentido, depois saímos do hotel regressamos ás 22:00 horas e o quarto não está limpo nem trocaram as toalhas, pergunto na recepção disseram-me que tenho que pedir e diz o nosso colaborador não vos informou? É lamentável e depois o pequeno almoço pediram mais 20€, para mim não está ao nível de um quatro estrelas.

Cons:

Todo o serviço e o valor que paguei aqui todos estiveram mal inclusive o Booking, até agora a minha escolha era sempre a marcação pela plataforma do booking, mas vou começar a optar por outras buscas, pagar mais do dobro não faz sentido, quando depois nem ficamos bem impressionados.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet ,Betten sehr bequem ,Klimaanlage und die Verdunkelungsvorhänge sehr angenehm,Großer Bildschirm,guter Kaffee,das man sein Haustier zum Essen mitnehmen durfte,die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

es war Nachts durch die Lage des Hotels teilweise sehr laut durch den Straßenverkehr,die Terasse hatte keine gute Lage ,das Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche keine Abwechslung,direkt in einer Hochhaussiedlung
