El personal es muy amable y atento 😊. La vista es espectacular y sin duda es uno de los puntos que más disfruté de la estancia. El hotel es muy tranquilo y agradable para descansar.
El hotel es muy tranquilo, aunque en algunos momentos llega a sentirse demasiado aburrido.
La habitación tenía varios detalles que deberían mejorar: el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido, al grado de que era difícil dormir; no había frigobar; las cortinas estaban rotas y dejaban entrar prácticamente toda la luz del sol.
En cuanto a los restaurantes, la comida me pareció cara, poco agradable y bastante insípida. Considerando el precio del hotel, esperaba una mejor calidad tanto en las instalaciones como en los alimentos.
En general, es un hotel tranquilo, pero necesita mejorar varios aspectos para que la experiencia realmente corresponda con lo que ofrece y con el precio que se paga.
Perfect location. Good size hotel: not too big. Wonderful friendly staff, with special mention to Luz at the reception and Rocio at the coffee shop.
The room’s furniture could get a fresher replacement. The restaurant’s food is mediocre at best.

Ninguna habitación se encuentra en óptimas condiciones , no tiene ninguna remodelación , apesar de que el hotel lleva 25 años que se encuentra abierto !
Habitación sucia , cortinas sucias y rieles rotos.
Terraza sucia , sillas dañadas , muebles viejos con pintura inflada !
La habitación no se encuentra en óptimas condiciones para el precio que está indicado en el costo de la habitación de ese hotel !

Tuvimos problema con las puertas de la terraza necesitan mantenimiento, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, asi mismo no nos dejaban toallas de mano después de la limpieza las pedíamos y nos traían todo lo que necesitábamos.
