Worst hotel experience ever.
Pros:

Nothing. Our suite smelled like drain water and was inundated by shitty water when it rained. Hotel staff were rude and arrogant and did not help.

Si no tienes plan incluido la comida es fea y cara. En temporada baja no tienen platillos de todo lo.que ofrecen. El.desyuno buffet no es bueno.

Excelente hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza que le rodea

Restaurant y lounges al aire libre que dejan fluir la brisa y los sonidos de la naturaleza. Hermosas instalaciones y arquitectura. Excelente para quien quiera descansar y relajarse. La tranquilidad y los amplios espacios. Las palapas a la orilla del.mar. Agradezco que no permitan bocinas personales en el área de alberca.

Cons:

Para mi no es un problema subir y bajar escaleras, pero habrá que considerar si vienen con una persona que no pueda moverse bien.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene playa. no se puede nadar en el mar. Si hubiera sabido de este hecho no hubiese pagado el servicio.
El desayuno bufet es muy caro.
La alberca está siempre MUY SUCIA. Los huéspedes se orinan en la alberca. No hay ningún letrero que indique lo contrario.
Nunca entendí porque está el agua de la alberca caliente.
Fuí acosada en la noche por un individuo que estaba en el cuarto arriba del mío (29) el miércoles 13 de mayo. Seguramente un psicópata. Me gustaría saber quien le dio la ubicación de mi cuarto.
