Pros:

雰囲気と清潔感はありとても良かったです。
ソファもゆっくりくつろぐことができた。
ベッドも大きくとても快適。

Cons:

シャワーの水圧がとても弱い。荷物を開けるためのスペースが狭いのでキャリーが2個あると困る。折りたたみ式のものなどもないためその点不便。スリッパも薄く値段の割に少し残念。また、宿泊者の客層がすこし治安的に不安を感じるような方もよく見かけた。備え付けのコーヒーも一つ100円で追加できるようだが、その点も有料なのが微妙だった。

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, great facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring Sapporo while still being quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

I didn’t have any significant issues during my stay. Everything was well organized and met my expectations.

Pros:

The spaciousness of the rooms for what you pay for and how clean the whole place is. Staff was so helpful when it came to parking and checking in early.

Cons:

Only con could be the distance from the main street but I wouldnt really put it as a con.

Pros:

Location wise, it was only about 4 mins’ walk from Nakajima-koen station Exit 1 (which has an elevator). There’s a big Lawson near the station exit. Being an international brand name, the reception staff spoke exceptional English, so no problems with communications. Breakfast spread was a good variety of international and Japanese breakfast. The room that I booked for did not come with breakfast, so I paid extra and they were nice to provide a ¥1000 discount voucher for breakfast

The room was clean and there were even drinks warmer/cooler for can drinks (though after a while I felt it was taking up space). I liked the Eco option where they will hang towels on your door if you didn’t require room cleaning, and they provide you vouchers for drinks at the L1 Lounge area. Toilet and bath area are separated so toilet area is kept dry.

Cons:

The pillows were too flat (which is common In Japanese establishments)
