Cons:

Dommage qu'un tel lieu ne soit pas mieux entretenu. C'est un endroit magnifique est l'entretien n'est pas au niveau. Et lorsque l'on construit un tel lieu, la moindres de choses et d' y installer des ascenseurs

Pros:

Clean but amenities were lacking

Cons:

No TV, no coffee making facilities, very old and dated. Doors don't even fit properly.
Gave me a price for van to el nido and said that included being picked up at the airport, it had gone up 50% overnight
Don't take any notice of the picture, it not like that anymore

Pros:

飯店感覺有整修過，價格合理。服務員很即時的處理我任何問題。這個地方很安靜，有餐廳酒吧和泳池，很適合不想出門只需要渡假的好選擇。最棒的是陽台可以看到海景！

Cons:

位置有點偏僻，建議自己租車，如果要頻繁往返市區，叫車可能不划算。還有我的熱水器壞掉了，但在菲律賓洗冷水問題也不大

On avait un peu peur en voyant certain commentaires mais nous n’avons pas du tout ressenti ce qui était dit dans les commentaires négatifs. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse, ils nous ont aidé et dépanné. Les chambres sont plus que correctes elles sont grandes avec de la Clim une super douche et la piscine est super agréable

they missed to provide our request for kettle in the room so we can have an evening hot tea, but it's ok. :-)

Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Palacio and everything went very smoothly. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast were very good, and all the excursions and van transfers booked through the hotel were perfectly organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only small issue was with the laundry service. One piece of clothing was missing when our clothes were returned, and the staff seemed a bit lost when we asked about it.

Pros:

Great staff, prime location and has that resort feeling. Food is good. WiFi was hit and miss but was good for the most part.

Cons:

Bathroom did smell of sewage every once in a while but that is just drainage for you.

The AC worked but was rather outdated.
