Very disappointed picture on the booking site didn’t match the place.
Pros:

It was cheap

Cons:

That I had to wait 30 minutes before I called to get some help to check in and I have never had to make my own bed when paying for accommodation.
No tea and coffee or milk which is usually supplied.

Terrible place to stay
Pros:

The only good part was that it was 5 minutes down the road from Costco.

Cons:

The park is very dilapidated and is requiring a lot of TLC. The photos on Booking.com are nothing like what you get.
The lounge was that old and broken that I couldn't sit on it. I had to sit in the upright dining chair.
I booked for two adults and two kids, but only the double bed was made. I was given the sheets for me to make up the bunk beds for the kids. I also had to ask for the towels for the kids.
The bathroom floor and shower was soft and moved under foot. The "verandah" bowed under foot and had loose boards.
It was about half the price of other accommodation in the area, and I can see why, but it was still overpriced.

Not worth the 600 bucks we paid never again staff is all out rude and the place is run down
Pros:

It had a nice tv and sitting area, bathrooms were okay.

Cons:

No hot water, asked the owner if we could use the amenities near the pool and got yelled at by the lady.
Whole cabin had stained and bits of old food in various places.
Barely any cutlery to have a dinner

The property is at a very good location, if you are on weekend trip, it’s a nice place to stay close to attractions.

Cons:

The property is fine but can be managed more properly. With price I payed I have stayed in similar properties which provided a little more amenities in this price range.

Not good at all.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. Walked in and there was a used hair dye on the ground. No toilet paper. There a as rubbish under both beds from previous person. Weren't given any information pre-arrival or when we arrived.

I needed somewhere close to the football field for an early morning start. This was perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect and close to the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Park.

Cons:

A bedside lamp would have been better.

Great location without the crowds
Pros:

Although the cabin was somewhat dated, my sister and I were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommodation. Some of the reviews are poor but we found the host to be welcoming, the shower was hot, the beds were comfortable with clean sheets and there was plenty of room for the two of us in a two bedroom cabin. It was hot during our autumn visit but once we opened the windows, we didn't need the aircon because the cabin was well sited - getting breezes and morning sun. The cabin is within a permanent caravan park but we felt safe at all times. It is really well located and an easy drive to many tourist spots as well as having pretty walks straight from the cabin. We were there 3 nights. The pool was nice although we didn't go in.

Cons:

We felt we needed to wash dishes and cutlery before we used any but that is what we do anyway. As long as you don't expect 5 star accommodation, the place was fine.
