Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter le centre de Bologne.
Le logement mériterait un petit relooking. Pourtant on y trouve le nécessaire pour passer une nuit.

Cons:

La climatisation mériterait un petit entretien : bruyante et peu efficace

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite. Le personnel est charmant et la dame de l’accueil parle plusieurs langues impeccablement.
La climatisation est utile. Les chambres sont immenses. On se croirait dans un appartement !
L’hôtel s’occupe d’obtenir le « permis » pour circuler en zone restreinte. Il suffit de demander !
A noter, les salles de bain sont à partager.
Pas de petit dej, mais des fruits à dispo ainsi que thé et café.
Vraiment un super séjour.

Lovely personnel, location was great too. Good budget friendly option. Not fancy but clean and sympatic place.

Cons:

The Elevator don’t run if someone leaves the door open. So be prepared to climb the stairs. :)

Fräscht boende mitt i city. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

En AC i rummet som knappt fungerade. Var olidligt varmt i juli.
Det går inte att köra med bil in till hotellet utan tillstånd som man kunde ordna i receptionen. Det hade varit bra att få information om innan.

Perfect Location in the Heart of the Old Town

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Just around the corner is a long street full of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, while local markets are also within easy walking distance. The parking area is conveniently located just around the other corner, making arrival and departure very easy.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. It offers an excellent location and great convenience for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the old town.

Cons:

The only small suggestion I would make concerns the entrance. It is easy to miss because it consists of large wooden doors, and you need to ring the bell to be let inside. If you are expecting a typical hotel entrance with glass doors and a visible reception desk, you might walk right past it. It would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this in the welcome message sent to guests before arrival. Also, the reception is located on the fourth floor, so it is useful to know this in advance.
