Helemaal niets , personeel is bereikbaar maar denkt totaal niet mee

Cons:

We hadden overlast van bouw werkzaamheden die niet zijn aangegeven voor ons verblijf . Er werd geklust in de nacht van 0300tot 0800 boren timmeren het was niet normaal.

Cleanliness - it was spotless - Jay, the cleaner, is very friendly and very efficient

It looks absolutely perfect
Some of the equipment is not very practical, but that's the designer's fault (bathroom mirror light, kitchen light), table is not stable

If you don't care about the street noise, it's good for a couple of days.
Pros:

Good location in the historical center of the city

Cons:

Zero soundproof. Partying people all night until 5 in the morning. No room cleaning, no towels change. All contacts with the team only trough email. On my request to change the towels I got reply that they will replace towels shortly. It didn't happen.
