Me gustó todo.
Die Hotelanlage ist – bis auf den hinteren Bereich – optisch schön und gepflegt. Auch das bereitgestellte Kinderbett sowie die liebevolle (aber natürlich bezahlte) Geburtstagsüberraschung mit dekoriertem Zimmer, Sekt und Kuchen waren wirklich gelungen. Leider sind das die einzigen positiven Punkte unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts.
Das mit Abstand größte Problem ist die Hygiene im Restaurant. Besteck und Geschirr waren täglich derart verschmutzt, dass wir vor jeder Mahlzeit mehrere Teller und Besteckteile aussortieren mussten, bis wir saubere gefunden hatten. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamationen änderte sich während des gesamten Urlaubs absolut nichts. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das schlichtweg untragbar.
Ebenso enttäuschend war der Service. Ein absoluter Großteil des Restaurantpersonals sprach weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Gleichzeitig fehlte jegliche Motivation - ausgenommen eine Kellnerin welche ich hier lobend erwähnen möchte. Selbst bei nahezu leerem Restaurant standen die Mitarbeiter herum, während sich auf den Tischen benutztes Geschirr stapelte und Gästen kaum noch Platz zum Essen blieb. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig.
Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls absolut inakzeptabel. Innerhalb von zwei Wochen wurde unser Zimmer erst nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption einmal gereinigt und das Bett neu bezogen. Danach fand erneut keine Reinigung statt.
Bereits beim Check-in war eines unsere Kinder nicht korrekt erfasst, wodurch wir den ersten Urlaubsabend mit einer langwierigen Klärung verbringen mussten. Diese war allerdings bereits bei der Buchung über Booking.com erfolgt und bestätigt.
Besonders negativ fiel die Rezeption auf. Einige (nicht alle!) Mitarbeiter waren nicht nur wenig hilfsbereit, sondern regelrecht unverschämt. Ein dritter Balkonstuhl konnte angeblich nicht organisiert werden. Als Lösung wurde uns ernsthaft vorgeschlagen, selbst einen Stuhl zu kaufen und auf eigene Kosten ins Hotel liefern zu lassen.
Der Umgang mit unserem bereits vereinbarten und bezahlten Late Check-out war ebenfalls absolut inakzeptabel. Obwohl dieser am Vortag mit einem Mitarbeiter vereinbart und bezahlt wurde, wurden wir am nächsten Tag aufgefordert, das nun „endlich zu klären“.

Lo que nos gusto más fue la tranquilad que es lo que buscaba y cerca lo que quieres ver zona Sur.

La distribución del hotel así como de las instalaciones que lo componen es fantástica, todo gira en torno a la piscina de forma radial. El trato con el personal fue estupendo, tanto el recepcionista llamado Isaac, como el personal de limpieza y la animación española. Una reseña especial tanto a Isaac como a Miguel Ángel (animador español) eran sus primeros días trabajando y nos hizo la estancia muy amena y cálida. Isaac estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento, con lo cual si pudiéramos valorarle solo a el le pondríamos un 11!
La zona donde está ubicado el hotel, realmente no hay nada alrededor. Para todos aquellos que se cojan el régimen de todo incluido y decidan no salir de allí está bien. Pero si tu intención es moverte por la isla, la dependencia del coche es absoluta y un poco rollo tener que cogerlo para todo. La animación francesa y en concreto uno de los animadores (el moreno) se encarga con esmero de que te sientas extranjero en tu propio país, negando incluso los buenos días y no dejándote participar en las actividades. El hotel parece únicamente de franceses por la cantidad de huéspedes de este país, por un momento puedas llegar a pensar que te has equivocado y te has metido en un hotel que no era el tuyo. Aunque creo que también es cuestión de educación ya que al otro animador (rubio) a pesar de francés no le costaba saludarnos e incluso animarnos a que participáramos en alguna de las actividades.
Muy cómodo, reformado, camas cómodas, limpio. El bufet desayuno muy bueno.
