Hotel czysty i elegancki, blisko centrum. Miła obsługa. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne.
Brak uwag.
Lokalizacja i dobre jedzenie. Czysta pościel i ręczniki (szlafrok dostałem ale rozmiar za mały - nie dałem rady go ubrać). Klimatyzowane pokoje.
Pokoje wymagają remontu, poplamiona wykładzina, zepsute krany (ciężko ustawić temperaturę wody), malutki prysznic, nie wszystkie kontakty działały, dodatkowo płatny parking. Brak napojów do obiadokolacji (tylko woda) a do śniadania było wszystko nawet wino. Zamówiłem 2 masaże po 192zł a wystawiono mi rachunek na prawie 600 tłumacząc że mieliśmy dłuższy masaż. Ale generalnie pobyt na duży plus.
Our stay at Hotel Prezydent was absolutely wonderful, and we can't recommend it highly enough!
From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were travelling with our dog, Leo, and he was made to feel just as welcome as we were, which made our holiday even more special.
Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, including the changing rooms, swimming pool, and sauna area, which were always well maintained and a pleasure to use.
The food deserves a special mention. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding every single day. Everything was fresh, healthy, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the variety of drinks served at breakfast—we became completely obsessed with the hotel's delicious pink lemonade and still can't stop thinking about it!
We would also like to thank Mr. Robert, one of the lifeguards, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and always happy to help. His positive attitude really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Prezydent for such a relaxing and memorable stay. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!
