The service, the food, the luxury, everything. It was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. During this trip it was my 26th birthday. The team went above and beyond to make my say special

Minden elképesztő minőségi.A felszereltség csúcs kategória.Kedvesek, segítőkész személyzet.Még búcsúajándékot is bekészítettek, pezsgő csokoládéval.De a legcsodásabb a reggeli, igazi kulináris élvezet.Csodas hat napot töltöttünk a 2 hálós ,medencés villaban.

This was our first time in Tenerife, and we think we made a great choice by staying here!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Especially the room and its cleanliness. The room was cleaned twice in a day and the staff was very kind and professional.

ESTANCIA NEFASTA
Cons:

Tengan cuidado con su ropa y con dejar las ventanas abiertas porque te desaparecen las cosas estuve solamente dos dias alojandome para un festival y me desapareció un pantalón corto de marca bastante caro y a mi pareja un bañador Y despues de enviar varios correos y intentar contactar con el alojamiento finalmente nos dicen que no se hacen cargo. Me parece una vergüenza que este tipo de alojamientos tengan 5 estrellas y despues no haya nada de seguridad y privacidad ya que encima cogimos la habitación que daba directamente a la piscina y las gente se ponia a nadar enfrente de nuestra habitación y mirando hacia dentro una falta de respeto y de intimidad para que encima nos cobren casi 1000€ por dos noches y al fin y al cabo no haya podido disfrutar y encima acaban robandome mis pertenencias
