NO RESERVAR, DA ASCO
Pros:

Recepción 24H, si es que logras despertar al trabajador. La ubicación es, si acaso, lo único pasable de este hotel.

Cons:

Escogimos este hotel por la recepción 24H (porque llegamos de madrugada). Cuando llegamos, tuvimos que despertar al trabajador para que nos atendiera. Estuvo de mala gana todo el rato, como si le molestara atendernos. Nos enseñó la primera habitación: la descartamos por sucia. Nos ofreció un "upgrade" un piso más arriba: no solo estaba sucia sino también encharcada de agua. La tercera opción nos la quedamos porque tanto el trabajador como nosotros estábamos locos por ir a dormir; pero daba el mismo asco que las anteriores. Cucarachas, sábanas sucias, humedades, baño asqueroso... La peor experiencia en 15 años viajando. Y el precio totalmente fuera de lugar.

Pros:

Great location, very central downtown. Also great parking. Staff: Kajan (respectful, professional front office staff member), Sanjay (very caring, positive vibes, active and helpful waiter at the restaurant!), and the other working staff. Overall pleasant experience here.

Cons:

Just some suggestions to make the place even better: better coordination in the kitchen (food preparation and order taking). Also the location is great but the rooms would be even better with a few basic updates and fixes. And finally one unsuitable/unnecessary member at this building involving himself in guests’ personal lives should be removed. so guests can be more comfortable and enjoy their whole stay.
