I enjoyed my stay at Gnanams Hotel. As it's in the central location
Pros:

There is a Buffet Breakfast and it's delicious. Location is a big plus because you can reach the Private bus station, SLTB bus station and the railway station by walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worth for price.
Pros:

I had a really good stay at Gnanams Hotel at an affordable price. It was truly worth it. The receptionist was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location and fresh new look. I will always choose Gnanams Hotel whenever I visit Jaffna again.

Place is near to station and bus stand

Cons:

Facilities are not good,
1. I booked an Air condition double room. They allocated us to a ground floor room(105), but its very noisy and not clean properly, then requested a new one.
2. After that they gave us a single AC room(305). Then we did not have any other option, so we agreed with it. But few minutes we noticed it has mini AC water waterfall infront of the room, middle of the door.
And room amenities are not good and bathroom also very small and not good smell and they are not using any air freshners. If you guys are correcting these issues, room is ok.
