La selección de los tés en el desayuno.

Cons:

1. El desayuno parecía una estafa y me gustaría que me devuelvan el importe pagado por 2 desayunos (1 noche, 2 personas). Llegamos al comedor a las 8:30 el sábado y mitad de posiciones ya no estaba disponible, los huevos eran muy duros y secos imposibles de tragar, crepes parecían de cartón, bollos del supermercado. Los albaricoques parecían que tenían varias semanas - muy arrugados y no estaban frescos. Fruta cortada estaba sumergida al agua. Preguntamos si nos podían hacer un huevo frito y nos informaron de que cociner@ se había ido ya y nos pueden hacer más comida. Habían posiciones, como nutella, que aunque tenían bote, estaban vacíos y se nos rechazó cualquier solución.
2. Se nota que el hotel está bastante desgastado y en las fotos de booking parece mucho mejor conservado de lo que es en realidad.
3. Cuarto es muy pequeño, hay solo un cojín finito para dormir para cada persona, lo que provocó dolores de cuello por la mañana.
4. Los trabajadores de recepción del viernes estaban bastante amables, pero la señorita joven del sábado por la mañana con pelo oscuro ondulado era bastante borde - hablaba con unos clientes en inglés, luego cuando le preguntaba algo pretendía no entender inglés, pero al hacer check-out (yo la hablé en francés) me respondió en inglés. Ni una sonrisa ni solución a problemas que teníamos.
5. Limpieza de los sofás y sillas de la terraza no estaba hecha muy bien.

Nos vamos de este hotel con humor algo por los suelos y esperemos poder solucionar el problema que pagamos por desayuno y no lo pudimos disfrutar.

M' en fou drama
Pros:

We booked the deluxe family suite ( 3 adults + teenager ) and the bedding arrangement is not as described. ( Room 007) It says there are 3 beds being 2 sofa beds and a large double bed, however this is not the case. There are 2 beds : a large double bed, and one sofabed and this one was made with only the bottom sheet.. And this was the start of a nightmare experience with the most unprofessional, unfriendly, uninterested receptionist when I brought this to her attention.

Cons:

A very unfriendly unwelcoming receptioniste. Absolutely shocking attitude when trying to solve the situation. ( In my best french) No cooperation and her favourite words were " je m' en fou ( I don't care) I have reported her behaviour in an email to management. The late night receptionist, a lovely older man immediately helped us out and next day ( Sunday 19th July) another receptionist was also absolutely lovely. At breakfast , talking to other guests, I found out that our experience was not unique.

Pros:

Pas d'abri au parking.
Les canalisations de la clim doivent absolument être coffrées ou encastrées car elles amènent beaucoup de bruits dans les chambres au dessus. Je n'ai pas pu dormir à cause des communications téléphoniques de la personne au-dessus et ça c'est très regrettable.
Et s'il vous plaît désactiver le bouton du café au lait dans la machine du petit déjeuner parce que honnêtement ce n'est pas du café au lait.

Les canalisation de clim qui sont un véritable conducteur de bruit.

ça fait le job pour 1 nuit pour le taf ou en transit pour un vol, mériterait une rénovation globale
Pros:

L'accueil de la personne à la réception le soir (souriante et pro)
la grande salle de bain
le pti dej sympa ;)

La personne au pti dej (d'une nonchalence de dingue)
la chambre supérieure globalement pas top (peinture à refaire, mobilier bof, clim qui fonctionne moyen aussi)
