bagi saya ia agak teruk dan tidak berpuashati,jika dibagi peluang saya ingin duit saya semula

servis sangat slow,tiada penghawa dingin di lobi dan lift,sangat-sangat panas,tv tiada siaran hanya 4 channel sahaja sangat mengecewakan.Tiada peti sejuk untuk menyimpan air atau makanan.👎👎👎👎👎

We would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there are several areas that require attention and improvement.

Unpleasant smell – There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the corridor area after exiting the lift, particularly on the way to the rooms. The room itself also had an unpleasant smell.
Room cleanliness and presentation – The pillows were not properly arranged, and the overall room presentation was not as neat and well-maintained as expected.
Toilet facilities – There was no tissue provided in the toilet. In addition, the water heater/pipe was not in proper condition and appeared to have been temporarily covered with plastic, which did not look appropriate or well-maintained.

Overall, we feel that the condition and maintenance of the hotel did not meet the standard expected from a hotel of this name. We hope the management can take this feedback seriously and ensure that the housekeeping, room condition, facilities, and common areas are properly checked and maintained.

We encourage the hotel team to be more attentive and alert to these details, as they can significantly affect the guest experience. We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope to see improvements during our future stays.
