Clean and well appointed room. Easy contactless check in process.
It’s worth noting that there is no air conditioning in the room, although there was in the hall and lobby. We were there in 35° and it was quite uncomfortable at that temperature, although a fan was provided.
Tesiste kiralalıdığım oda tamamen ruteb tutmuştu ve odada çok kötü bir koku vardı. Lavabo yatak ile bitişik. Bu sorunu ilgili yerlere bildirmek istedik ama karşımızda muhattap birini bulamadık. Kesinlikle hiç önermiyorum tamamen hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

The building housing the hotel is a pretty charming one – we had a top-floor room which had some old exposed beams. It felt like the hotel had a bit more soul than some similar budget ones. The price was very good for Zurich and I was happy that there was a/c in our room, as it was 37 degrees when we visited. The bed was also a good size. Overall, this exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.
The a/c, while appreciated, made a strange noise a bit like a fridge motor at various random intervals, including through the night, which could disturb sleep if you don't have earplugs along.
I chose this hotel largely because of its proximity to the Hauptbahnof - it was a short and simple walk from the station. That also means that it is pretty convenient for visiting all of the down-town attractions of Zurich, including the old town area and the lake waterfront.
There wasn't much to be disappointed by. It would have been helpful to have slightly more counter space in the room - one has to sort things out on the bed or the floor. This wasn't a big deal for me as I didn't need to unpack much before moving on.
