Estranhei não ter nenhum funcionário, mas todas as dúvidas foram facilmente solucionadas pelo booking.

Walking distance from train station, easy to find. Fuss free check in, all through the kiosk, no staff present at all but easy to navigate. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious to pack luggage
Can’t stay in summer as the whole room for 4 person only came with 1 small table fan. Toilet door wasn’t installed properly and water leaks out when you shower. Toilet is also a bit see through, not comfortable when rooming with friends

冷房がないため窓を開けて過ごしていると虫が大量に入ってきた。窓を閉めると暑すぎて過ごしづらく、またすでに一度を窓を開けてしまったことで天井に大量の虫が張り付いており、夜寝る時に顔に振ってくるのではないかと思い全然寝つけなかった。床に前の宿泊者のものと思われる髪の毛が大量にあった。

A entrada no edificio: não foi facil perceber como entrar na porta de entrada, com as indicações recebidas ( com número de reserva ou com o nome...). Quarto bastante espaçoso, mas com falta de mesa ou armário para colocar as coisas, situação muito fácil de resolver.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was within a 10–15 minute walk of both the train station and the city center, which made getting around easy.Despite the summer heat, the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool.
However, the Family Large Room was not the same as the one shown in the photos. The room we received was in the attic, which was disappointing.One downside was that there was no kettle or cups in the room, so it wasn't possible to make tea.
