Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Frühstück, nur der Self-Check-in war anfangs etwas ungewohnt
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel war für uns in Ordnung und das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.

Für uns war der digitale Self-Check-in zunächst ungewohnt, da wir bisher nur Hotels mit klassischer Rezeption kannten. Erst vor Ort haben wir richtig verstanden, wie das System funktioniert. Nach anfänglicher Unsicherheit hat der Check-in aber erfolgreich geklappt.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wir haben auch beobachtet, dass andere Gäste beim Self-Check-in Schwierigkeiten hatten und teilweise Hilfe benötigten. Eine gut sichtbare kurze Anleitung direkt am Bildschirm wäre deshalb hilfreich.

Auch der Türöffner ist nicht leicht zu finden. Besonders bei Dunkelheit ist er schlecht zu erkennen, da dort eine Beleuchtung fehlt und er sich nicht direkt an der Eingangstür befindet. Eine kleine Beleuchtung oder ein deutlicher Hinweis wäre eine gute Verbesserung.

Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt war die recht laute und lange nachlaufende Lüftung im Badezimmer.
Außerdem wären zwei Schlüssel für zwei Personen sehr praktisch gewesen, da man nicht immer gemeinsam das Hotel verlässt oder zurückkommt.

Pros:

Der Zutritt über die elektronische Zugangssperre hat nicht funktioniert. Erst mit dem 3. Telefonat hat sich ein Fach geöffnet mit einer Schlüsselwörter. Stand etwa eine viertel Stunde vor verschlossener Tür bei geschäftlichen Termindruck!

Tolles, kleines Hotel am Stadtpark
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage am Rand des Stadtparks war verhältnismässig ruhig. Die Altstadt und das Eishockeystadion sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Die E-Mail mit den Details für den digitalen Check-in ist leider nicht eingetroffen. Der Check-in am Automaten hat aber sehr gut funktioniert.

Nettes Hotel, bei der Anmeldung kann man besser werden.
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die elektronische Anmeldung ist nicht selbsterklärend und die vorab Anmeldung hat nicht funktioniert.

Ich bin schon mehrmals da gewesen und werde auch weiterhin da Übernachten
Pros:

Frühstück: War nicht riesig aber alles wichtige war vorhanden also ein gutes Frühstück.
Zimmer: Klein aber ausreichend mit separaten Bad und Sauber
Lage: Super in 5 Minuten ist der Kern von Kaufbeuren erreicht.

Cons:

Leider fehlte mir eine Steckdose am Bett

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Familien-Apartment: absolut großzügig mit den drei Zimmern dort und völlig unkompliziert beim einchecken. Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert, Zimmer sind sauber, Lage ist prima. Keine Kritikpunkte.
