Guest Reviews
One of the most elegant and serene hotels we have ever stayed at.
The renovation of the old palace, the rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive from front desk to room cleaning
Breakfast was not great and eating outside on the terrace with pigeons flying around wasn’t pleasant. No where to have a drink in the bar inside at night.

I enjoyed the location and the wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping was excellent. The beds were super comfortable!!!!!!! Wonderful nights of sleep. Pillows GREAT!!!!!!!!
Everything was great. The only issue I had was with the bathroom. The privacy issue when using the toilet. I would prefer a shaded glass vs a clear glass that separates the toilet/sink area from the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise, very nice bathroom/closet area.
A magnificent old building, yet totally comfortable with all mod cons. The staff were very welcoming and nice, especially David. Perfect location.

'Cadre et localisation
The history, design and architecture but mostly the staff who were very friendly and professional.
Food at the restaurant was also great
Basement room was a little dank
Centrally located.
Honestly, one of the best boutique Hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so well appointed and although they are updated they fit in perfectly with the history of the property! The staff went beyond and above the call…. Stephania, Daniela, David ….. at the front and the darling server Andrea to name a few. The assistance with the parking was a huge help as well. Recommendations for restaurants and Jewelry shopping were superb.
I can not thank them enough for making our stay perfect!!!! Highly recommend :)
Great service! Perfect localization, great room and breakfast. Personalized attention for all requirements. Daniela was especially attentive and communicative during all our stay. We highly recommend and will come back.
