La calidad del desayuno. Bien ordenado y sin colas para tortillas , huevos etc.
La tranquilidad de la piscina infinity a partir de las 19h de la tarde.
El buffet del mediodía lo hemos probado hoy gracias a Cristina Perez de servicio al cliente que nos regaló un bono para toda la familia. Que nos ha sido muy cómodo porque teníamos que dejar el hotel a las 15h y hemos podido comer tranquilamente en el buffet Asana...la verdad es que la calidad muy buena!!! Bravo!!
Hemos pasado un rato muy divertido hoy en el Iron Guest al que mi marido y mi hijo de 16 años se han apuntado. Muy bien organizado por los chicos del hotel, felicidades!!!!'

Cons:

El día que llegamos nos soprendió de forma negativa que la habitación de mi marido y yo con mi hijo pequeño ( 2402) y la de mis hijos adolescentes (1532) estuvieran tan lejos!!!!!!! Sobretodo habiendo pedido que estuvieran lo más cerca posible.
No es normal que, con lo grande que es el hotel, nos pongáis de punta a punta.
Además me sorpendió muchísimo que la habitación de mis hijos estuviera mejor que la nuestra - cuarto de baño mucho más práctico al tener 2 lavabos etc......
Otro aspecto negativo es la colas que se forma en la piscina para reservar tumbonas ( y eso que está prohibido hacerlo!!!!!). Y que para los clientes Royal level como nosotros no se prevean o aseguren tumbonas libres, sin necesidad de hacer colas ni " agobiarse" por colocar una toalla.

Ideale setting voor ontspanning
Pros:

Mooie groene !!! omgeving op de site zelf. Is een mega complex, maar voelde nooit zo aan. Er is voldoende ruimte voor iedereen.
Het buffet was telkens de moeite waard. Mooie setting ook om samen (buiten) te eten.
Kamers waren heel ruim.
Veel faciliteiten om te sporten.

Fijne relax-vakantie en blij dat we voor Royal Level zijn gegaan.
Pros:

Ontbijt was het beste van de maaltijden op deze locatie. Royal level is erg aan te raden. Rust en fijne bedden bij het zwembad en restaurant was netjes.

Cons:

Variatie in lunch en diner had beter gekund, en daarbij ook de service voor drinken tijdens deze maaltijden.
Niet alle faciliteiten zijn inclusief, zoals de sportsbar. Dit was niet duidelijk op voorhand.
Wij hebben zelf maar 1x in het normale restaurant gegeten. Daar was het eten en de hygiene duidelijk minder dan in het royal deel.

Bien pero con carencias básics.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y también el desayuno. Me gustó las intalaciones acuáticas y las habitaciones.

Cons:

No nos gustó la falta de servicios a partir de ciertas horas. Llegamos al hotel a las 22 h, por retraso de la aerolínea, y no pudimos comer ni siquiera algo decente en ninguno de los restaurantes o bares del hotel. Por otro lado el personal de recepción es MUY escaso con lo que se producen largas colas de huéspedes para cualquier gestión a realizar.
No se entiende que un hotel de esta cadena y categoría no cuente con servicios más completos.

Great hotel, well worth it
