Excelente atención
Pros:

La atención del personal antes y durante la estancia fue genial. Nos pudimos comunicar por WhatsApp con ellos para todas las dudas que teníamos. Nos aconsejaron y sacaron las entradas para la montaña Tianmen.
Además, está muy bien ubicado, 5-10 minutos andando de las estación donde empiezan todas las excursiones a la montaña Tianmen.

The hotel manager was really very helpful and he knew English very well, which was an advantage as well :)..he helped us plan our 2 days in details..we also kept our luggage for the entire day after check out and they were very cooperative.

Molt ben situat, a 4 minuts de l'entrada del telefèric caminant!
El personal ha estat amable.
L'habitacio tamany normalet però comode.
Per una nit a la ciutat,està bé.

Cons:

Hem hagut de pujar 5 pisos per la nostra habitació. Està bé que no hi hagi ascensor, cap problema...però si que quan reserves estaria be saber el pis.

Fantastic small comfortable hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Fantastic small hotel. Really friendly lovely staff. Brilliant location close to the cable car and also in a lovely old town part of the city. Staff were so helpful in advance and during our stay

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't god but location was right beside markets so could just get food there.

Отель находится возле канатной дороги на гору Танмень.Отличное расположение, на пару дней отличный, вариант. Номер небольшой, но чистый и все необходимое есть.Хозяева молодцы, на нашу просьбу заранее забронировать нам билеты на гору и шоу Огненной Лисицы все нам подготовили в лучшем виде. Желаю успехов и процветания!

Immerso nel cuore di Zhangjiajie
Pros:

Lo staff e i servizi impeccabili, molto gentili, super preparati nel offriti il miglior soggiorno ed esperienza possibile.
Molto preparati nel proporti esperienze con il miglior prezzo ed orario. Avendo la fortuna di avere le telecamere sui due siti principali (porta del paradiso e il national park) sa comunicarti quando andarci e che percorsi fare.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente en pleno centro de la ciudad y al lado de un montón de negocios pero en un callejón muy tranquilo y silencioso. Personal muy amable y que habla un excelente inglés, lo cual en China se agradece mucho. La habitación familiar es muy grande y esta limpia. Es una negocio familiar.

Cons:

No hay ascensor pero son solo 2 alturas con lo que no es problema aún yendo cargado.
