Our beach is available from May 1st to September 30th.

Pros:

I have to admit that we were a little hesitant when we made the reservation, mainly because there were so few reviews on Google Maps and not all of them were particularly positive. However, the reality completely exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. We arrived quite late to check in and were warmly welcomed, with the staff kindly helping us with parking and our luggage. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed — and, above all, an incredibly comfortable bed.

We also really enjoyed the hotel pool. One of the highlights is definitely the location: just a two-minute walk from the Marina, which makes it feel as though you are right in the heart of it, with plenty of great options nearby for breakfast and meals.

We were also able to use the pool of the larger hotel across the street, and that was honestly one of the biggest surprises of our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, with attentive service throughout. For us, it was even better than many of the beach clubs in the area — calm, comfortable, and with a level of service that made the experience truly special.

Overall, the stay was far beyond what we expected, and we are very glad we decided to give it a chance. We would happily stay here again.

Feels like private good appartment , perfect 5 min location, not for all-inclusive vocation

I would like to say Thank you to everyone of the hotel team. The clwaning lady, Gülderen Hanım, who treatws me as a mom (anne). The reception team, who feels like family.
Hotel is perfect location to Yalıkavak Marina promenade, 5 min to every nice restoraunt, walk, club, other location. Perfect stay if you expect nice feels-like-home place. It is more like an appartment. Please, from june till 5th of september do not expect quiet nights. It is such a good turkish music club there Noola. For thouse who like this music good. People who like quite -> make reservation starting from sep 5 till june. Who like turkish music -> welcome to summer. Hotel provides beach and pool too. But if you like ab exclusive beach -> check more private beach clubs
So this hotel-> for not-all-inclusive vocation . It is apartament, good , clean, private

Cons:

The Awra beach that was provided -> all perfect, but I think the hotel who privides the beach and sea, should clean sea side more -> smtimes plastic, smth from sea. So. I went to others more cleab private beach clubs. Do not choose if you do not enjoy the Middle East and have plan to stay and use the beach in this hotel . Mostly clients there are from Middle east. I respect this culture -> for me was ok

Great location and access to five star hotel perfect facilities
Pros:

The location is more than perfect. The hotel is clean stuff is nice and kind and you can use the pool, private beach and gym of five star hotel, which is located one minute walking. I’m highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Loud music because of night climb during the night and Beach bar during the day..

Overall it’s the best place to stay around the Marina!
Pros:

The staff was really kind! We had different expectations from the way the facilities were described on booking. The pool has a 50eu fee, which might not be expensive for Yalikavak but we thought that it was included in the price of the room. That was probably my mistake-that I didn’t read properly everything or it was not mentioned. The breakfast was really specific, it was a tray with the Turkish breakfast. The staff again tried to offer me alternatives. So the overall is that is a value for money, it’s clean and the staff is really nice and try to make you feel comfortable.

Terrible!
Pros:

Probably one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had from both booking.com and the hotel. We were assured before we arrived that we had beach and pool access only to arrive and be told we needed to pay an additional £1200 on top of what we had already paid. I emailed and called booking.com to no response and spoke to the hotel multiple times with them just telling us to speak to booking.com. The room was covered in chips and marks, the curtains were ripped and had holes in. The breakfast was at a restaurant not on site, with only one option for breakfast containing both nuts and milk. Avoid!

Pros:

Wij hebben oorspronkelijk één week geboekt, maar vanwege de fijne ervaring direct met nog een week verlengd in totaal dus twee weken verbleven. De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het strand en met toegang tot het zwembad van Social Living Hotel. Het strand is prachtig en de ligbedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. We willen graag de medewerkers bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid, en in het bijzonder de heer Okan en de heer Umut van Social Living. Zij waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dankzij hen hebben wij ons extra welkom gevoeld. Kortom: een aanrader!

Pros:

The only good thing is the location

Cons:

They advertise the pool as part of the facilities but then after you book the room they ask for extra money to use it.
They provide the breakfast at another place in the marina where the staff are very rude and they throw the dishes like they’re making you a favor.

Cons:

It’s very run down and not well maintained. The room feels like a prison and the level of cleanliness was shocking we had to request bed sheet change upon arrival and then went to the local supermarket, got wipes and cleaned the headboard and the surrounding area which was filthy with dust. Truly nightmarish 2 nights!

New, close to the marina

Cons:

Very noisy. No warning that my room would be so noisy. Impossible to sleep. Breakfast only from 9.30am - too late for me. Nice staff, but no facilities. Tv in bedroom did not work, no matter, it would have been impossible to hear over the noise from outside (cars, music, bars, nightclubs). Even with windows closed it was like with windows open.
