Pros:

The rooftop onsen was fantastic, with an amazing view over Wakayama. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design, and the staff were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

The daily housekeeping was disappointing and not at the level we expected for a hotel of this standard and price. We were informed that only the towels would be replaced and the bed made, which was fine. However, one of our hand towels was not replaced, the bed was poorly made, and the room didn't feel properly refreshed. Items were left untidy, and used cups were not replaced. Overall, the housekeeping lacked attention to detail.

Helaas werd de kamer niet echt gepoetst en de bedden niet altijd gemaakt. Wel

駅に隣接と言う事もあり、とても便利でした
駐車場の割引もあり、助かりました

お風呂の脱衣室が、少し狭かったです

お風呂が開放的で最高に気持ち良い。
ミストサウナも、とてもよかったです。

Cons:

化学物質過敏症です。特に、石油系洗剤・柔軟剤の香りなどで、気分が悪くなる体質です。
今回宿泊して、気分が悪くなるほどではないのですが、独特の香りがあり、
ちょっと困りました。正直、香りがないほうがありがたいです。
（以前泊まった時、あまり香りがなかった気がするのですが。）
