Great stay in a convenient location
Pros:

A good stay in a central location of Wakayama. The breakfast was surprisingly very well stocked and tasty. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well. They answered all our questions clearly and quickly.

Cons:

I wish they would've granted us a late checkout given our circumstances. They were very firm on charging us even with our extenuating circumstances. Overall, a small dampener but they were just working by the book.

Elegant, clean, quiet hotel in Wakayama
Pros:

Elegant, clean, very convenient location on top of the train station, yet very quiet and silent in the room at night. The sky spa is a nice plus!

Cons:

The price is a bit higher than competitors- still worth it!

-Super großes und bequemes Kingsize-Bett
-tolles großes Zimmer und cooler Ausstattung
-tolle Aussicht

Cons:

-Onsen im Herrenbereich sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Aber warum wird bei den Damen bitte so eingespart? Ich verstehe nicht, warum man beide Geschlechter nicht einfach gleich behandeln kann.
-Traurig, wenn man die Bilder immer nimmt, um Gäste zu locken, um dann doch nicht allen das selbe zu bieten

La gentillesse du personnel, souriant et qui essaie de bien nous expliquer les choses.
Gros plus si vous louez une voiture, un parking et à côté de l'hôtel vous avez une passerelle pour accéder directement à l'hôtel qui est au-dessus de la gare et vous bénéficier d'un tarif préférentiel de 800 yens (pour 24h)
Grande chambre pour un hôtel japonais
Avec belle baie vitré qui laisse rentrer la luminosité

Manque d'insonorisation, nous étions au 10e étage et nous entendions les bruits de la rue et même les trains qui passaient

sehr interessante Destination mit interessanter Umgebung ( Vorhaben jedenfalls vorab gut planen ! )
Pros:

Lage direkt am Kintetsu-Bahnhof, wichtig bei der Anreise über Kansai Airport da Züge auch direkt zum JR-Bahnhof fahren; von dort etwa 15 Min. mit dem Taxi entfernt.
Hotel mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundlichem Personal;
Frühstück vielfältig, mit Englisch kommt man auf der Halbinsel generell nicht weit !
Große, saubere Zimmer, ruhig; sehr guter Onsen
als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und für die Weiterfahrt ideal gelegen.

Cons:

Kritik wäre unangebracht !
Jeder bemüht sich nach Kräften und ist stets hilfsbereit auch wenn eine gewisse Sprachbarriere manchmal besteht;
hier hilft eine Übersetzungs-App. !

客層最悪、ホテルが可哀想
Pros:

スタッフは親切で、部屋は綺麗。
お風呂の眺めもいい。

Cons:

マナーの守れない外国人客が多すぎる。客層を選んで欲しい。
お風呂の中でスマートフォンを使って電話。露天風呂でタバコを吸って湯船を灰皿がわりにしているインドか東南アジア系の外国人。。
日本人はみんな出て行きました。
風呂前の共用部では10人くらいの中国人団体が2時間くらいずっと大騒ぎしていた。
フロントにどうにかしてくれとお願いしたけど、夜は女性スタッフしかいないからすみませんと言われました。。
本当にマナーを守れない人は来ないでほしい。
そしてお風呂を楽しみにきたのに5分ほどしか入れなくて残念でした。

Pros:

Bien placé, calme, propre et très confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le onsen est très agréable.
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet, varié : occidental ou japonais.
On recommande ++++
